Beware by being ripped off as Flight Centres online app prices are lower than stores and its Senior management policy to allow this!! staff at Macquarie flight centre…
The staff at Macquarie flight centre are great!! But when i went to book a multi flight with prices i got on the app the stores prices were $600 + extra BUT its flight centres policy not to price match it self but its ok to rip off its loyal customers!! Due to booking 1 flight online and 1 instore , i made a mismatch of one day. Again its flight centre policy online call centre is not able to change this, They said no available flights on the following day but when i checked on the app there was

Flight pricing is dynamic and based on live availability, which means it can fluctuate depending on demand and airline inventory at any moment. We can understand your frustration if you've accidentally booked the wrong flights and dates, and if you have chosen to act as your own agent in booking online, our instore teams will not be able to access this booking to assist, just as instore bookings need to be managed instore with the team.
