Great booking experience with Leanne at the Mandurah store. Always a great smile and friendly and comprehensive service. Booked 2 cruises in a week and Leanne made sure the experience was stress free.Couldn't be happier with the service. The only downside is waiting for our dates to come around😁

I had a bit of an idea on a trip which I wanted to include Oktoberfest in Munich. Loree at flight Centre Mandurah was amazing. She helped us to package a holiday within our budget including our wish list of places plus other amazing destinations. I never imagined our budget could stretch that far. She listened to our needs and delivered to perfection. Will definitely call on her for any future holidays.

I had to go Flight Centre over in Mandurah Forum to get a plane ticket back from Adelaide to Perth, after a long holiday.

We have had the very best customer service from an amazing young lady named, Tamar Rampant from Flight Centre in Mandurah. We recently lost our son, my husband had a heart attack, and our younger son decided with little notice to go on an overseas trip, which terrified me (his Mum) as he wanted to do it solo, although he had never done this before. I talked him into going to flight centre to get some information. That is where we met Tamar who discussed all the pros and cons of solo travel and how she can help him achieve his goals and reassure his Mum at the same time. Within a month she arranged 3 tours, several flights, accommodation, transfers and went above and beyond to map out distances between cities, trains just to reduce my stress levels. It was a 50-day holiday, and he had the best time without any problems. He has only been back for 2 weeks, and we just met Tamar again today and she has organized another spare of the moment holiday to Asia for him. I can't thank Tamar enough for her kindness, empathy, organization, flexibility and patience :)

I have used flight Centre for the last four years for six different holidays. I have found that they do care that you have the best possible holiday and they will help to make sure that all your boxes are ticked. I have also found that they will make everything run smoothly from ticket pick up, seats on planes, transfers, hotels, cruises and excursions. I am disabled so they make sure that all my disability needs are met as well.

I am so happy with the service I receive each time I go in there that I have just booked another holiday with them.😊

Every aspect of our trip was well scripted, with enough time to see many site and to catch our breath too.
All hotels were well appointed as described and well positioned to suit our group amply.
Experiences were as described and better.
Returned home safely with only issue lost Apple AirPods in Melbourne lounge.
