Easy to book and know that you will be looked after leading up to a during the travel. We were provided with plenty of options to make it affordable yet making sure we get to the destination without too many lay overs and time sitting around. Very happy with our agent.

She is so easy to understand and always willing to suggest alternatives for you. Nothing is too hard for her and she always follows up after your holiday is over. We have always had a great holiday with no problems. Thank you Jade you are a gem.

My friend and I recently completed our once in a lifetime holiday taking in Scotland with a tour of the Highlands, a Travelmarvel cruise from Amsterdam to Budapest then in to Croatia. Planning was quite complex as we had a lot of extra hotel bookings and flights included.
We couldn't have asked for a better agent to organise all this for us than JADE EARL at Midland Flight Centre. Jade was absolutely amazing and helpful looking after every single detail and even managed to find us a special offer for business flights which were greatly appreciated by 2 mature ladies!
The only issues we had were created by an internal flight being cancelled last minute creating chaos for thousands of people but flight centre were on to it and sorted accommodation and rescheduled our flight for next day.
Thank you Jade, you are a true professional with a caring heart and we will always appreciate all you did for us.😀😘

Lucas Tan who we saw in the Midland Gate office was brilliant. He answered all of my questions no matter no silly I thought some were. Also gave us some helpful references to getting our I visa.
