Liv Taylor over-promised
Liv Taylor over-promised, and under-delivered big time! After our last face to face meeting with her on Thursday 24th July, during which she promised to send us an email with booking details, she failed to do so. So, I followed up with two emails (to no avail) and then on 6th August I tried to ring her, but she was unavailable so I asked to speak to her manager - who happened to be out that day. That prompted a response. Finally, after I followed her up three times, later that day I received an email response from Liv with an apology but full of excuses. Liv is nice to talk to but full of empty promises. We will never deal with Flight Centre Noosa Civic again.

Hi Michael, sorry to hear you're not happy with your experience! We do recommend appointments to ensure the team can dedicate time in their day to chat with you. Once they've finished a consult, there is still the legwork of the booking to do, calling suppliers, booking flights, making payments, tailoring packages, invoicing, and working with customers via email & phones, most of the booking work is done without a customer in the store.
