The service from Jasmin Spiller was brilliant. The explanation of how everything works on a cruise down to insurance. This was my first time booking a cruise

I had booked a flight to the UK with Qatar Airlines and then the crisis in the Middle East started. Deciding to re-schedule with a different airline I was very impressed and happy with Curtis Shannon, Senior Consultant at Flight Centre Parramatta. He explored all possibilities and we settled on the one most suited to my requirements. I would highly recommend him.

I was very lucky, it was a slow day at the Westfield Flight Centre and I had everyone's attention to help with whatever silly question I had about flying during this very awful time in flight history. Jalal Rana was brilliant and got everything sorted out for me. I couldn't have been better served.

It was working with Dane from Parramatta Flight Centre - he is so efficient and genuinely cares about our needs and what we want out of our trip. He was also super diligent - giving us information we didn't even know we needed, replying promptly and was always super accomodating to our needs. Our little family would 1000% recommend Dane for your next trip.

Greg at the Parramatta store was a delight. I had aeound 20 $50 gift cards that I had to redeem to book a ticket. Greg was so patient and sat helped me making the process so easy and comfortable! Totally recommend!

Greg Matijevic has been absolutely amazing, I have been talking to a lot of travel agents as when I started looking I found a lot of travel options, but everyone was quite pushy, but not with Greg, I think he has taken a different approach and really cares about the individuals needs and respects the fact that it’s our family holiday and alot of money will be spent. (Booking for 5 people).I thank him for his kindness and absolute patience we haven’t booked yet , awaiting to see what happens with this world news and uncertain times. I won’t be contacting anyone else but him he truely will give you the best solution to your holiday with options without the pushyness and trying to rush you in to deciding what to do.

I was served yesterday by Jalal Rana who was one on the most helpful agent i have met. Not only he had a very professional attitude, but was a good listener, and was able to make the whole experience an easy one.

Dislike the fact that the prices in store were so much higher than on line (over $300.00 each )
