Agency vs Booking Online
Having not been in a travel agency for many years due to being able to do so many bookings online, this was a fabulous experience of which stems from our consultant Tayla
We decided to make a booking with Tayla for a family members wedding in Mexico Sept 2025
Family staying at 2 venues for the 2 weeks, however I wanted to visit Acopuco of which required internal flights
The Agency closes at 4.00pm on a Sunday, and we had been there since 2.30pm
Tayla identified what type of travellers we were, together with what was important for our upcoming adventure. Of course price was an important factor, however destinations, accomodation, location, flexibility were also high on the agenda
At 5.30pm we had our trip booked, paid together with items we never thought of having on our itinery of which includes a couple of nights in LA doing a couple of bucket list items, we didn't even know was on our list
Spending the time with someone who has the knowledge, experience, and contacts can actually save you a lot of time and money. I am glad to say that I know have my own Travel Agent.
