Travel made easy!
I knew where I wanted to go, the type of trip and had one in mind. Tyson at Port Macquarie reassured me of the quality of the company, listened to what I wanted, informed me completely about single supplement, reassured me about getting there and booking transfers, extra accommodation, plane fares and timing. Everything! I have complete trust in the arrangements he has made for me. I have had follow up and help about a couple of things I need to do. This is why we always get Flight Centre yo sort out our travel. Great service! Thankyou!!

Tyler was efficient and friendly and helped with my booking and insurance over the phone, which made it easier for me to book my trip instead of going into the store. Even when he was out for lunch the person that took my call was fantastic!

Kristy Joyce from Port Macquarie Flight Centre has been incredible. From Day 1, when we approached her with a vague idea of what we wanted to do, she was able to tailor a comprehensive 5 and a half week experience that was full of amazing experiences, suited our budget and calmed our nerves as first time travellers. On our first day, we had a flight cancelled, and Kristy was approachable, keen to help us and rectify the situation. She managed to secure a new flight that comfortably made sure of subsequent connections and calmed our nerves with her efficiency. The accomodation Kristy booked on our behalf was always central to adventures in new cities, clean, affordable and we are grateful for her expertise in this area. Kristy provided us with several examples of hotels within our budget, and we chose our accomodation with confidence.
Once overseas, we contacted Kristy with an enquiry about transfers. She immediately gave us options and we were able to confidently book knowing Kristy’s thoroughness and trusting advice. I would have no hesitation recommending Kristy for any domestic or international travel plans. Thank you, Kristy! We loved our trip and know that without your input we wouldn’t have had the same memorable experiences.
