I booked flights for September 2026 with Bree for a holiday to Europe with my daughter. Bree provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond all my expectations sourcing the best deals possible for us with Emirates. Due to the current situation in the Middle East, I made the decision to change airlines and cancelled our booking with Emirates. I made an appointment with Michael Ohori who spent several hours researching alternative airlines and flights. Michael’s interpersonal and communication skills were second to none. Michael showed a very mature and professional approach to resolving my dilemma and provided me with some very sound options. As it turned out my daughter and I decided to postpone our holiday until the conflict in the Middle East de-escalates. When I advised Michael of our decision, he was just so supportive and said ‘I understand your decision, let me know how I can help you in the future’. Michael has a huge future in the tourism industry. Congratulations Michael and thank you.

Bree again did a great job organising my trip. Shopped around for the best deal and had a lot of great suggestions with making my trip easier to plan as well as offering ideas I hadn’t heard of. I always have confidence booking with her as I know she is very thorough and patient.

The staff at Flight centre Runaway Bay are great to deal with and only to happy to deal with all aspects of travel requirements to make sure you get the best Holiday possible.

I went to the runaway bay flight centre store on 14/04/2025 and booked a flight for 4/05. While booking the flight, I mentioned that I needed additional baggage for the trip. So, I asked the staff that if it includes 30kg baggage and the staff responded yes. I paid my flight ticket which also includes the insurance. I thought my ticket also includes baggage.
Today, a couple a day prior to my flight day, I called the customer service just to ensure my booking and baggage. I was being told that my fare does not include any additional baggage. I am so disappointed now and i ended of paying additional $230 for baggage.
I am not happy with the service. Worst experience ever, I will never book from this store.
