Scott Bevan provided absolutely outstanding service in helping us get back to Australia with our assistance cats under very challenging circumstances. He went above and beyond, working tirelessly with multiple airlines and advocating on our behalf when most would not recognise our cats’ accreditation.
Thanks to Scott’s persistence, we were able to fly with Korean Air with our cats in the cabin, and he even successfully arranged a refund when the airline changed its terms after booking.
Throughout the entire process, Scott was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping us find a solution during an incredibly stressful time. We truly could not have made it home without him.
Highly recommend.

Booked my flights online via flightcentre.com.au, did not receive a confirmation email with booking reservation/invoice etc. Flight Centre still charged my card. Flight Centre customer service could not find record of a reservation, and that a refund should occur within 24 hours. 36 hours later and no refund has occurred, after having been on the phone again with Flight Centre customer service I was told there was nothing more they could do - offshore call centre...I am now in limbo having raised a transaction dispute with the bank to hopefully recoup my hard earned cash, and am left severely aggrieved, with the bitter, fowl after taste of the middle man (Flight Centre) left in my mouth.

I booked a trip on February 27, 2025, which was cancelled the very next day. I was promised a refund of $620.14 AUD, but 44 days later, I have received NOTHING—no trip, no refund!
I have called multiple times and sent numerous follow-up emails, and all I’ve encountered is unprofessionalism, rudeness, and zero accountability. Lee Dyball, in particular, showed no professionalism or customer empathy, even telling me I could leave a negative review if I wanted—as if they don’t care about their customers at all!
This experience has caused me a great deal of stress, knowing that I worked hard for my money, only for it to be taken with no resolution. Despite repeated promises, there has been no confirmation that my refund has been finalised.
⚠️ DO NOT BOOK WITH FLIGHT CENTRE! They will take your money and leave you hanging. I will be disputing this charge and strongly advise others to stay far away from this company!
