I would never book with Flight Centre again.

I spent just under $20,000 on business class flights and, before my trip was even fully finalised, I was asked seven times to leave a five-star Google review. At that point, the service hadn’t even been delivered — yet I still went ahead and left the review in good faith.

Shortly after, my travel plans needed to change. I had full insurance in place, so coverage wasn’t the issue. The issue was the service that followed.

After paying nearly $20,000, I was told I would need to wait four months to receive my refund. Four months — as a paying customer. When I raised my concerns, the response was incredibly poor. I was simply sent generic terms and conditions, with no real support, ownership, or care shown.

For a company handling high-value bookings, the lack of service, communication, and basic customer consideration is unacceptable. Booking business class should come with a higher standard of care — not a worse experience.

Moving forward, I will only use AI to book flights. There is no justification for using a travel agency when the service is this inefficient and impersonal.

Extremely disappointing.

We certainly got 5-star service from Hannah at Flight Centre Sunshine Plaza. We had an excellent experience booking our trip and Hannah was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process stress-free and exciting. We highly recommend Flight Centre and Hannah.

I always get the best advice/service from my travel agent. Absolutely top notch!!

Great communication and follow up with emails

We always have had exceptional service from Amy at Flight centre, Sunshine Plaza. Our trips have all been well managed from start to finish, consequently we have had several lovely holidays and keep coming back.

Luke was friendly and professional at the same time. His advice was invaluable and helped me clearly define what I wanted from my trip. Although I didn’t make a booking through him I will certainly use him in the future.

Great service, very efficient and flexible when changes are made. Offer a great variety of hotel options.

Adam Cronk (Maroochydore), was very professional and bent over backwards to provide a cost effective and practical overseas trip. I won’t however deal with Covermore Insurance following an unfortunate experience while in Africa. Aside from that, Flight Centre has generally done a good job sorting out overseas flights.

We always deal through Katherine Best, our regular travel advisor, because we know she will look after us. She knows our preferences and always comes up with the best plans.

As usual Kirsty was so helpful and we are so happy with her service we will book all of our upcoming holidays with her . She is patient & knowledgable & gives great advice .
