Disappointed @ Flight Centre store at The Pines Elanora QLD
I visited the Flight Centre store in Elanora recently and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. Despite there being a travel consultant available with no customers at the time, we were completely ignored. There was no acknowledgement, no greeting, and no attempt to offer assistance.
It gave the impression that the consultant had no interest in helping us and couldn’t have cared less that potential customers were standing right in front of them. This experience fell well below the standard I expect from Flight Centre and certainly below what I’ve experienced at other locations.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as first impressions matter, and this interaction has made me reconsider using this store for future travel arrangements.
