I usually book flights by myself but booked flights through Dubai with Lugo from Toormina Flight Centre the day before the war in the Gulf broke out. This made everything about our trip uncertain. However, Lugo was very reassuring and worked very hard for us, looking at all the various policies and options available to us, to provide more certainty by re-routing us for no extra cost. It is an unusual and challenging situation with the Dubai Airport closed for days and the number of flights limited and cancelled, while the price of alternative flights keep going up due to the oil crisis. Lugo is charming, hard working and effective. We couldn't have hoped for better.

Great service from Jess P at flight center, Toormina NSW. I was specific with dates and places for our family trip and Jess was able to lock it in very quickly so we didn't miss out on the best flight and accommodation prices. As I hadn't travelled in a while, Jess had answers for all of my "dumb" questions - and was very understanding. Highly recommend Jess and I will be booking with her again.

Quick and Easy

I’d been trying to organise a Qld holiday/family catch up over 2 locations for hubby & myself, for a while ~ from home in NSW ~ when I phoned Renae Fisher yesterday at Toormina FC (who’d worked on our WA/Indian Pacific trip previously). Honestly, should’ve just called Renae first, we discussed the details, locales (GC & Cairns); motel & mobility requirements and more.. Renae pulled it all together in a few hours! She has a terrific grasp of the travelers needs, wants & expectations, offers great ideas, does what she says she’ll do.. I totally recommend Renae & the FC team at Toormina for a truly seamless travel experience.
