Refused service with 1 hour to go
Walked into flight centre at warringah mall to be told I can’t see you today as we are busy, no one else waiting except me with 1 hour to closing time.Absolute disgrace and said I will take my business elsewhere.walked back passed shop ten minutes later with no one there at her desk, must want to finish early tonight.

In this case, it sounds like they would have been working on these bookings to get the best outcome for our customers, while still working through this virtual queue. Regardless, we are sorry you feel this way.
If you can make an appointment to visit your local store, we'd highly recommend this, so you can have a dedicated sit down with a consultant to help take care of your trip.
