I had an excellent experience working with Ben Stinziani and Emy Obinna at Flight Centre Woden. Both were consistently helpful, respectful, and courteous throughout the entire process. They were never pushy, took the time to understand my requirements, and provided thoughtful guidance without pressure.
Ben and Emy demonstrated genuine care, and my wife and I really appreciate their support.

Our recent travel booking experience was enjoyable. Our consultant, Aash, was everything you hope for when planning a trip: polite, knowledgeable, and ever patient as we worked through all our options. His friendly approach made the whole process enjoyable, and his efficiency meant nothing was overlooked.

What really stood out was his reliability — every detail was handled exactly as promised — and his genuine enthusiasm for helping us find the best possible itinerary. He was clearly keen to make the sale, but in a way that felt supportive rather than pushy, offering thoughtful suggestions.

We were more than pleased with the effort put in for us by Harry Cotter in the Woden ACT shop, and with the result. We need to fly business class to Europe each year and business class fares have been increasing significantly every year - but Harry found a very good deal for us which is about $5000 less than what I was expecting to pay. Plus his manner with us, his communication, and his obvious skill were big bonuses. Thank you Harry.
