The initial agent was inexperienced
The initial agent was inexperienced, which I was prepared to overlook, but she was not supported, leading me to have to spend more than I needed to. After over a month of no contact to my emails, I was told that she had resigned, but no one had followed up. What followed was me emailing, calling and having to go in store to have my trip finalised. I am very worried that parts of my trip won't be fully confirmed, as I had to ask for that to happen multiple times. I am an experienced traveller and am astounded that this branch a) allowed an inexperienced agent to work on what is and has been a very complicated trip and b) had no back up plan to deal with the resignation of this agent and the reassigning of her clients. I was ignored for weeks and staff only dealt with me when I went in store. This has happened over the last 6 months.
