Having recently returned from overseas travel, I feel compelled to express my experience.

Having never gone down the road of a Flight centre bookings before, I thought I’d try
…being unfamiliar to my destination and no time to research, I thought it a safe and reliable
solution.
THE BEST decision I have ever made! These guys know their stuff!
Think Million Dollar listing New York, (Not the LA one) meets The Dog House!
A perfect match for your dream fantasy home away from home! (without the overpriced budget blowout!) I don’t know how they do it! Carl Guillon – Flight Centre Zetland- (my co-pilot) listened to my situation, and within moments we were comparing locations best suited to my schedule.
A solo traveller, time constraints, limited funds, Carl Guillon – Flight Centre Zetland- listens , then recommending places that are a direct proximity to the meetings I had to make, allowing choices for my taste and budget… Even Sourcing entertainment and shopping needs for after work day wind downs or quick buys (which I wasn’t really
thinking of but was thankful he had) It’s almost like he had been their himself and knew
exactly what to expect… And knew me better than myself. It was Just like talking to a close friend over coffee planning my trip, In 5 different countries, best seasons specials, food, transport, connecting routes that I would love and didn’t know it. Everything! Amazing…
Yes. Carl Guillon from Flight Centre Zetland is Batman!
(I know. Who would of thought? Batman was French!)
I was thinking it all sounded too good to be true. And I’d just see how it went.
OMG! Better than anything I could imagine. Or have ever booked myself.

They don’t call them specialists for nothing…In the age of Chatbots and automated
bookings. Why not go with something you can see and talk to in real time! A real person,
who knows better than any out-of-date lonely planet or selfie seeking influencer.!
We listen to advice from people we know and trust with all aspects of our lives,
Professionals like doctor’s and educator’s, who are leaders in their field for a reason. So why
not go with someone who talks to the people who live in countries we would only see for a
few days or not even think about if it wasn’t for these shared stories they hear! These are the Specialist Travel Experts who listen to so many stories every day, good and bad, and they know from lived experience. Isn’t this after all why we travel? To experience incredible cultures and LIVE our lives rather than just merely exist?

Never had my schedule run so smoothly in my entire Life.!
They even have an App that at first, I was sceptical, and didn’t think I’d actually use.
But wow! It is INCREDIBLE! It Has all your flights, booking details, insurance and even your
accommodation info. All in real time and every time I landed or had any change in Itinerary,
It knew before I did!
Even having an email from my co-pilot Carl (aka Batman) informing me of any changes, just
in case I had missed it in the App.! How cool is that...? He is a real person with genuine
commitment to his clients, that doesn’t stop after your payments made and you have left
the county! He knew where I was and what was happening and if I needed to change any
flights or alternate for any reason, he would be right there with best options and instant
advice that I could rely on! Even getting reminders after work hours to make sure I’d be on
track! That’s Impressive.
Maybe I’m just old-school and this is the way things are these days but honestly, I wasn’t
expecting half as much as all this by just booking a flight! And they don’t call him an “Award Winner “ for nothing! (rumour has it he is in line for another, and I’m not surprised)
Now It’s not just Batman who goes above and beyond…I have also had the experience of
planning flights with his colleague, (when Batman is off saving the world etc.)
I call her Marylyn. Yes, as in Marylyn Monroe. Just as super-heroic as her co-worker! (And more)
Now I am not one who usually writes reviews, but I am one to give credit where credit is due and in a world that is all so superficial and impersonal, It is refreshing to still have a place where I can actually talk, be listened to and be understood.
So stop going Lu Lu for Labubu and invest in something real!
