Great service!

I was impressed with the involvement of the team : extremely professionals, opposite to how the airline treated me . Knew about them from friends and they managed to obtain not only the compensation , but the the extraexpenses I had to pay for accommodation and food and taxi to the airport . Big round of applause to them !

The worse flight claim company I ever…

The worse flight claim company I ever meet!
On the begining they send you beautifull messages, and told me the best to do with my case is taking the airline to court, wich they we're considering to do it straight away.
Now, 1 year later, they didn't, and say the airliner, doesn't reply to them. Mentioned again the court, but just the posibility, and showed themselfes not willing to do it. I try to ask what is the plan, but can't get a proper reply.
Takes around a month to get a reply, and only after send to all the e-mail list, and write on FB account.
Perhaps, they can help you with very easy cases, but those you can easily handle it yourself!

One of the worst!

One of the worst Flight Claim Companies. Wouldn't suggest to anyone, bad and unprofessional communication. Don't do their job properly. Lazy company that won't help you with your case. Don't use it!
