I booked a ticket with Flight Desk India in August through Vishnu, but later decided to change the date. I paid the fee for the date change, and today, due to an emergency in my family (the passing of my uncle), I needed to book my flight urgently. After already waiting for 5 hours, I was informed by Hritik, Saurav, that my flight ticket was marked as ‘already used,’ and I would need to wait an additional 12 hours to resolve this. This has been a deeply frustrating and stressful experience during an already difficult time. I hope Flight Desk India can improve their customer service and responsiveness, especially during urgent situations.

Review Update (Post-Travel Experience):

My initial experience with FlightDeskIndia during the booking phase was positive; however, the post-booking support did not meet reasonable expectations.

While Vansh from customer support provided some initial guidance regarding applicable limits, there was no meaningful follow-up or resolution thereafter. More importantly, despite repeated attempts, I did not receive any response or ownership from management or a senior representative. The absence of escalation and accountability was concerning, especially given the nature of the issue.

Due to miscommunication, delayed updates, and insufficient customer support, I incurred a financial loss related to the amount paid for the itinerary. In my view, this situation could have been mitigated with clearer communication, timely updates, and appropriate managerial intervention.

In summary, this issue was 100% the company’s responsibility, yet the support provided was effectively 0%, both in terms of resolution and professionalism. I strongly advise future customers to think twice before choosing FlightDeskIndia, especially if dependable post-booking support and ethical handling of issues are important.

I hope this feedback is reviewed constructively and used to strengthen customer communication, accountability, and professional standards.
