FlightGuru delivered. Happy with resut

I spent a lot of time trying to get one way tickets back to the US from Europe. Airfares are through the roof right now, and finding a decent one-way fare was crazy. Not only did I find the best deal with you, I found your web site to be the best; well organized, options were clearly presented, and booking was easy.

This site is totally untrustworthy. They made several mistakes booking my tickets that required me to spend a fortune to correct. I would NEVER use them again. It’s a fraud.

It was my first experience with FlightGuru but it worked well: easy to use website, clear instructions and the tickets were bought for reasonable price.

First experience and for now very satisfied.

Booking flights to Tel Aviv from Portland - and back to Portland from Athens has been a nightmare. I found John Pablo of Booking Vault and asked him if he could help us. He said yes - and within hours he found flights that worked with and met the requirements from the cruise line. He stayed late after his day was over to make sure we had everything we needed. I cannot thank him enough. The best!!!

My initial problem expressed in my review of Flight Guru has been resolved by a general manager of Flight Guru- Zach Colmenares. I am totally satisfied with the way Mr. Colmenares professionally dealt with me and will, in the future, use Flight Guru for my travel needs.

When the airline cancelled the second leg of my flight, just one call to FlightGuru got me on a replacement flight within minutes.

Easy to book with plenty of choices, have not been on flight yet but so far it's been good

Exactly as advertised. Got an awesome deal and verified the tickets with Lufthansa the next day.

Easy booking process. It gave me travel guidelines infornations. Customers service are friendly. Kelly is nice and pleasant to talk to.

Somehow my email address was mixed with my emergency contact email so I was not receiving flight change notifications in a timely manner. A dedicated effort was made to correct the oversight, phone calls were made as an interim for contact assurance, and the diligence and professionalism of representatives were a reassurance for all future flight updates. Unusual and frustrating dilemma for me but seemingly all in a days work for Raphael and Maria!!

The price for the flight was terrific but we got very confused when we checked with the airline to get seats, and found a different reservation and a different price, eg we bought a one-way flight and found a round trip, at a lower price than what we paid! Customer service explained what happened and we are confirmed on the flight we bought, so we scratched our heads and went with it, but a better explanation ahead of time would have helped!

Our trip is not till April...so we will see.

Booking was easy with FlightGuru. They found a good deal for me. Most importantly, they follow up. I recommend FlightGuru for booking an airline ticket.

I was denied a full refund on my ticket from Flight Guru when I cancelled my ticket two hours after booking. This violates the DOT policy for 24 hours to cancel with a full refund. No airline will not cancel and refund the cost after two hours of booking. Flight Guru has created their own policy which takes advantage of this consumer

Great price and, so far, the flight seems to be to our likening, however, we have not done the trip yet.

Very bad experience getting the trip refunded even though the review policy and T&C indicated that cancelation from the airline will be credited towards a future trip.

The airline site shows the flight is canceled and the link is provided to get the ticket rescheduled or refunded without any penalty. However, I was not able to do it directly as it needs to be submitted by Agent. In spite of this, Flight guru is not able to get my tickets refunded or credited.

Right now, my destination place, Peru has declared a nationwide state of emergency. There are a lot of protests, and travel restrictions in place across the country and especially in tourist places like Cusco. Traveling to the place is not considered safe for tourists. a lot of tourists are trapped in the hotel and all transportation\rail are on strike. In spite of the situation, they are not able to refund or credit to reschedule the trip to a different place. They give an unbelievable explanation that their supply is not able to get work with the airline and per their systems, the flight is still scheduled as planned. Whereas I was able to get a full refund of my travel ticket for my other two tickets from the same airline via Expedia within 2-3 days.
