Omg scammers/thieves

Omg, what a shitshow. We used them for flights to Amman, Jordan in business class. They confirmed, the airline confirmed and now, one month before departure, the airline said they canceled. How can they cancel? We paid in full. They will not answer their phone or email. They want you to leave a message and they will return the call. It never happened.
We are going through our credit card company to get out $6000+ back..hopefully.
Never use them.

Does this company really exists

Does this company really exists? I ordered a ticket from London and the airline has no records of me being on the flight! I also tried to email them without a response AND the when I phoned they do not recognize the order number, phone number, email address and there appears to be no live agents present.

Flight Guru/Booking Vault scammers

Booked in February for a flight to Italy. Received confirmation from carrier Lufthansa early on but when I went to check in a day before flight, 8/24/23, there was no record, no flight, no itinerary matching my info.

Unable to reach Flight Guru, or Booking Vault who’s company name that shows on my charges of over $2100.

I will be reporting these scammers to authorities, Better Business Bureau, FBI, Consumer affairs and social media!

Will fly (hopefully) in less than a week. Found out that they purchased a second ticket that I have never asked for, and when trying to reach them out, the phone numbers don't work, including their emergency line, as well as their website. I'm going to file a report to the police, because I feel like I have been scammed.

Scammers - Identity theft

A flightguru representative posed as us and cancelled our flight 2 weeks before the flight. They received the refund but we were never informed! Identity theft!

We now have to rebook our flight less than a week from our holiday!

Aweful experience

I booked hotel and transfers through this company. No one turned up to the airport in Antalaya. Causing me unecceasry stress, I have a disabled child hence the reason I pre book travel to not cause him distress. I had to book an airport taxi. I have attempted to contact flight guru,however noone is responding. Can you pls confirm what you can do about this situation.

Poor service and support.

Lack of information and no care. We paid for a return flight to NZ but upon arrival found that although we were in transit we still needed a USA visa which wasn't explain. When we phoned from the airport before boarding we found flight guru very unhelpful and no help. We travel frequently but would not use them again. Very poor service.

No way to get ahold of customer service

On April 8th, I booked international flights to Poland, departure July 19th. On July 17th, I got sick and needed to contact Flight Guru to cancel my tickets and also provide me with a letter saying the flights are non-refundable for my travel insurance. I have been calling daily, waiting on hold for multiple hours, and can’t get through to anyone. I left multiple messages asking for a call back and never received a call back. I also called their “emergency travel help” line with no answer after over 4 hours of holding. I might not be able to redeem my travel insurance now because they need this important document from the travel agent in which I can not get any response from. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service and this company really shouldn’t be in business. If you don’t want to be scammed out of thousands of dollars, do not book using Flight Guru.

Cheaters Alert, My shocking experience

My recent experience with Flight Guru has left me utterly frustrated and disappointed. After receiving an email stating that my booking was "in process" and that I would receive further confirmation once the booking was confirmed, I was left hanging without any updates or clarity.

I was initially lured in by their promises and received an email stating, "Your order could not be completed. Please note that refunds may take several business days to post back to your account. We look forward to hearing from you next time you travel"

The term "refund" implies a return of funds for a service that was not rendered. However, I've been subjected to nothing but manipulation and mistreatment. Instead of honest communication, I was met with silence, and instead of a resolution, I received vague excuses about refund processing times.

It's been 4 months now, and still I haven't received any refund. This experience has left me feeling cheated, disregarded, and incredibly disappointed in their services. I strongly advise anyone considering booking through them to think twice. The lack of transparency, communication, and professionalism displayed in this situation is a clear indication of their inability to uphold their commitments to customers.

My hope in sharing this review is that others will be spared the frustration and disappointment I've experienced. As consumers, we deserve better treatment and service.

Refund cancelled fights

I am very disappointed in Flight Guru. The airline cancelled our flights and Flight Guru refunded me 28% of the cost of the flights 12 weeks later. Will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. The communication has been shocking and have had no official reason in writing as to why they can’t refund me when it was the airline who cancelled.

May 6th i was charged $1390 for a flight not booked. I have had no refund but i did get an email saying they were working on it. The email did not accept return messages.

No one answers phones on either of the three extension choices. I have held to speak to "the next available agent" for hours on several occasions, just to see if there is a "next available agent".

Be very careful with this company if it is still even operating. A confirmation was sent to an email that had not been used in years. Not sure how they even had record of it. We then went directly to the carrier to book flight. A lot of confusion of how to handle. Could not get help. Tried to call customer service and could not understand the person that answered. Tried to email with all emails returned saying the email does not exist. Issue never resolved. Very disappointed.

A FAMILY MEDICAL EMERGENCY and I CAN'T REACH FlLIGHGURU!

I am very disappointed and upset with Flightguru. I purchased my ticket, paid an extra $49 for insurance, and now that I have a FAMILY MEDICAL EMERGENCY I can't get a hold of anyone! I called, held on for an infinite amount of minutes, emailed them, and yet still no response. I have a 93-year-old Great Uncle who was rushed to the hospital in London and does not have anyone here who can stay by his side, but me. I need to delay my flight and reschedule it with Flightguru and though I have stated this in my email and left a message no one has even bothered responding. This is pathetic. I AM ABOUT TO CONTACT THE NEWS AND SHARE MY STORY. Everyone should know how pitiful this company is and their total and complete lack of compassion. My flight leaves in hours and I need someone to help me with my ticket. They have my money and yet I don't have the help they claim to offer.

This Company is Horrible

I would give zero stars if that was an option. This company and all of the employees are truly evil. It’s completely fraudulent and caused so many issues for our family that we were almost stuck in Europe with a 5 month old. They continue to ask for more and more money, they charge multiple transactions on your form of payment without your knowledge, they lie and tell you it’s refunded. If you have an emergency or something happens with your travel plans, they are miserable to work with and will price gauge you without a second thought. They do not even try to help you, and they caused our family so much mental anguish over a trip it should be criminal. Do not ever use this company. Their employees lie and and have no idea what they are doing. They request money over and over again, preying on people in a desperate position. Their “partners” even say terrible things about them when you call for assistance. There is no way this company has 4 stars unless they have fraudulent reviews, which would not surprise me in the least. They should all be in jail.
