I had the hardest time finding a flight that was at the date and times I needed. You guys came through.
2 pm flight bumped to midnight?!?! FlightGuru no help
Confirmed purchase via FlightGuru of 90-min Thai AirAsia flight to Bangkok at 14:00 (2PM) six weeks from now. FlightGuru sent an email that Thai Air Asia changed the flight time to 23:30, arriving in Bangkok after midnight! This airline has many flights on that route, at noon, 1pm and 4 pm, but they say no credit, no refund - we must take this 11:30 pm flight. FlightGuru has been zero help, says the flight is nonrefundable, no credit. Said to take it up with the airline. Buyer beware - this whole situation seems scammy.

The selection of airlines and seat was limited. I had to ask for seats with additional leg room in our economy flights and the seat ended up to be not available. I had to ask for a receipt for our flights.
Your favorite chico california group.
We are inexperienced at this and you helped us through it all.

WORST TRAVEL SITE EVER!
WORST TRAVEL SITE EVER!
This by far is the most stressful site I booked a flight. I paid $1,204 CAD for one way flight to Tokyo. No cancellation or refund options. Incomplete details of the booking. I even gave them a call to ask how much carry on luggage I could bring and they said they have to check with the Airline. OK then, I waited after a while they said I will double check with the team and will just send you an email. Are you kidding me? You are selling flights and does not know how much I could bring even for a carry on?!!! So pissed!! DO NOT BOOKE YOU FLIGHTS HERE, I REPEAT... DON NOT BOOK YOUR FLIGHTS HERE!

Beautiful experience with FlightGuru.
I needed a one-way flight from Amsterdam to Chicago for my wife and myself. FlightGuru found one for us that no other travel site found, and moreover, it was a deeply discounted, direct flight of only about 8 hours on KLM. Not only that, but by taking advantage of FlightGuru's service of providing a refund if the price of a flight goes down within 24 hours of the booking request, we saved another $327. Beautiful experience.
This business is an absolute scam
This business is an absolute scam, do not use it! Book through the actual airline and you will be able to have actual rights to cancel your flight as well as perks. I booked a flight to Japan and they had me booked for Japan and Vietnam which is not what I requested. Then they booked me on the wrong date and wanted me to pay an additional fee of $2,000 to change the date? SCAM

The flight tax
This flight ticket tax charge and refund were new to me when I booked tickets online. I was kind of hesitant to do it beginning but your traveler help desk made me trust the process. So I have booked the ticket successfully. I am very happy about your service and I will purchase tickets from your site again.
