I applied for my flight that was on 5…

I applied for my flight that was on 5 October like 10 days later, everyone that applied from WizzAir recieved the payment in 10 days, they asked me
for information in December and now they dont answer my mail and on Whatsapp, still havent recieved nothing.

After i wrote this review and mail to them with threat they sent me 115€ out of 250€ that everyone recieved for this flight. Thats more than 50% cut, i suggest u to never use this company.

I have been trying to contact FlightHelp for over 4 months with no response, only automated replies.
Another claim company informed me that the airline has already paid the compensation, but neither I nor my wife have received any payment.
No clear information, no human support, no transparency.

SCAMMERS

Really bad experience i am waiting since 15 July 2025 and they still keep me waiting they always say that the payment is being processed and it takes maximum 21 working days(its been 4 months) dont ask them for a refund you should do it by contacting the company you flew with not this company that steals the money they are SCAMMERS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS

Beware of Terrific travel company they…

Beware of Terrific travel company they Overcharged for Umrah package and services were subpar. They booked cheaper flight to maximize their profit on check in I came to about no food would be served during journey when I asked Mr zeeshan he simply said sorry I forgot to update you.on very first stay in my hotel I wasn't being served with breakfast as per hotel receptionist company only booked room not meal then I contacted zeeshan he took. Whole day to sort it out I got breakfast next day.Hotel in madina being provided by company wasn't they promised during my pakg.when I complain he simply said sorry I'll check.Poor customer service,improfessional attitude and looters Wouldn't recommend for travel."

The flight was delayed upon arrival without any clear reason, causing significant inconvenience.
No proper explanation or apology was provided by the airline staff.
Overall, it was a poor experience and lacked professionalism.

The worst company ever to deal.

The worst company ever to deal. There is no negative reviews possible more then 1 star. -1 or -infinity is not possible to add. From the 7th of september 2024, still not concluding the transaction of a refund that is approved from the air company
Really the worst. Do not try to collaborate with them.

It is a great app to deal with your flight problems. It guides you through all the steps and updates you about the information for the process. I am still waiting for a response and I am hoping that they will finish the job. I would recommend the app.

Terrible Experience

Initiated claim in in January or February and airline paid it in August. FlightHelp has not paid me after repeated emails about why and in fact, now will not even respond to my emails now and will not pick up Whats App after repeated requests. They admit they to have received payment from the airline. I have provided the banking information they have requested twice and still no payment. As I understand now this is a Romanian based company and I would recommend to everyone to read all the comments about them.
