Fast and easy

I bought two separate tickets and was worried they wouldn’t be on the same flight but so happy flighthub is up to date, super easy and anyone can use it. Most definitely got me the cheapest flight available! Thanks flighthub !!

i booked a ticket a while back and…

i booked a ticket a while back and cause of Covid my flight got cancelled. i tried to call flighthub to get a refund or see what other options i have. It was really hard to actually get someone on the phone and when i did the line cut off. i called back and same thing happened. this all happened in March. 2 months later i finally got a hold of someone and said i could get my money back. i did what they told me to do and was waiting for my refund and i did not get it. i did call them back and again it took forever to get a hold of them and when i did they said i already used my ticket and i went on the plane. which i didnt. i called again and they said they would fix everything and i would get my money back. and now it is sept and i still have not gotten my refund or heard from them.

The only reason I put one star rather…

The only reason I put one star rather than ideally, no stars is because I need to proceed with this review and I'm not given the option of no stars.
A change of return dates was requested by my daughters from the onset during the first call and they asked what would the difference in price be. They were quoted $54.50. They were sent an email requesting that they submit their change in return dates and the cost difference as previously stated. The email would not allow them to SUBMIT the quoted change. My daughters called Flighthub for clarification. The agent said 5 minutes after the attempted submit button failed that the fare now had gone up to more than $100. per ticket. The agent insisted nothing could be done and my daughters reluctantly agreed to the increased fare per ticket. They waited endlessly to receive a confirmation email and finally after a couple of days, said email was received. My daughter's credit card was charged $109.00 per ticket after 5 calls but no confirmation email with valid ticket change with the newly agreed upon dates. Four more calls later, on hold for hours, shifted from agent to agent the matter has not been clarified. Actually, I'm on hold for at least one hour later after speaking to the second transferred to agent. The call was initiated almost 3 hours ago. Is anyone interested in a class action lawsuit? Scammers like this shouldn't be in the business!!!! This site is completely unprofessional. They are unbelievable!!!!

I am a regular user of FlightHub and…

I am a regular user of FlightHub and find them to be very fast and prompt and get the most competitive rates. I strongly recommend FlightHub for booking air tickets, they are fast safe and economical.

Never book through Flighthub

1. Every positive review you see on here is probably a bot or written by Flighthub themselves - do not trust it.
2. Here's my story: my family of 4 booked international tickets through Flighthub, flying Air France, for our summer vacation 2020. Sadly our flight was cancelled and since a voucher did not make sense for us (as a teacher I can only travel there in the summer) I requested a refund, for which I was told I qualify. 4 tickets, nearly 5 grand. I was told I have to pay a cancellation fee for each ticket, which I agreed to, but now see how bogus that was considering I was asking for a refund of an ALREADY CANCELLED FLIGHT! Cancelled by the airline. Perhaps Air France is the culprit here, I don't know, but when I spoke to them, they said that I need to go through the travel agency I booked with to resolve my refund. Flighthub, on the other hand, is telling me that my refund has not been approved by the airline. Yet, on their website it says that if my international flight was cancelled, I qualify for a refund. 12 weeks later, I am still out of almost 5k. To say I am utterly disappointed with flighthub is an understatement. Do yourself a favour and avoid these scammers.

Made about 5 calls to customer service…

Made about 5 calls to customer service Was promised a full refund by EVA Air for a cancellation they initiated, from Edmonton to BKK. Was told by Flight Hub I will have to pay a 265Dollar penalty . So I said nothing I can do, so I agreed. They went ahead and processed my refund minus the 265. Half hour later I called EVA air. and asked why I had to pay that penalty. She told me I shouldn't have had to. I called flight hub back 5 times, and each time they failed to reverse that 265 dollars. Now more fighting and spending numeropus usless hours on thye phone trying to figuer this out. I will never use FLIGHT HUB AGAIN
