Customer service not good
Customer service not good. Booking flight was easy but making changes is very hard. I have booked a flight and i selected wrong timing and my flight is within 24 hours. I am keep contacting customer service they are not responding and AI is responding and it is so frustrating i am not getting the help i need.

I checked bags and then the last screen after payment said I dont have checked bags. I recorded the entire set up as I have heard this one too many times, if i get charged for bag, I will be suing for misrepresenation
