Kind Supervisor

Were it not for the kindness of their floor supervisor, I would give this company a lower rating. She was willing to work with me on getting my flights refunded, though it is not their policy to do so. She even waived the cancellation fee, as my situation was dire.

There were things in the fine print that were not made fully obvious by the company when purchasing the tickets. Be wary of what the ticket includes and what it excludes.

Stephen & Kevin were very nice helpful

Stephen & Kevin were very nice helpful.
The original booking I made was subject to a complete change of days and times and that was a total surprise to me and because of that I had to totally have Stephen rearrange my booking. This caused me to have to cancel a job the day of my return. Stephen was very patient and tolerant of my aggravation. He did tell me that if I canceled the original reservation I would loose what I paid for that even though the site and email said nothing would be charged until the reservation was confirmed. I feel like that cheap fairs displayed on the sight are a “Bait & Switch” scheme. That’s why I gave a 4 star not 5. The representatives were really good at helping me through.

We had a good experience with Ryan

We had a good experience with Ryan. We did not receive our boarding passes in our email like we were told we were going to so we called. Evidently United requires the charge card because they’ve gone paperless and the name of our location in Hawaii so Ryan filled everything out for us and completed our agricultural form. He was very helpful.
