I am extremely disappointed

I had an absolutely terrible experience with FlightNetwork. I requested a simple name correction on a flight ticket nearly two weeks ago, paid the required fees, and was assured the issue would be resolved. However, they kept blaming the airline for delays while the airline claimed they never received the request.

I was sent in endless loops between FlightNetwork and Thai Airways, with zero accountability from either side. Even when my mother's flight was less than 24 hours away, they still failed to provide a solution or even a clear update. Their customer service is slow, unhelpful, and completely unreliable for urgent issues.

I strongly advise against booking with FlightNetwork. If anything goes wrong with your ticket, they will not help you, and you’ll be left stranded with no resolution.

Scammers and Thieves – Stay Away!

FlightNetwork is a complete scam. They lure customers in with cheap prices, then rob you with hidden fees and terrible service. If you need a refund or any assistance, they will give you the runaround and refuse to help. Their customer service is useless, and they will do anything to keep your money. Avoid these thieves and book directly with the airline to save yourself from being scammed!

**WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND…

**WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRAUDSTERS*****
One of the worst airlines ever, I have used this flight in 2020 and got cancelled due to pandemic, they still not processed by refund in 2025. I have tried to book the flight recently with Etihad for with FLIGHT NETWORK UK LTD[another FRAUD COMPANY IN UK] without knowledge i was literarily robbed an another £280.00 in total Etihad owed me more than £1000. Etihad closely work with the FRAUD travel agent to lure your money.

When you phone the ETIHAD customer services they are WELL TRAINED to provide FALSE & MIS-LEADING information to STEAL your money this one of the worst customer service always intend to STEAL your MONEY.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY BEFORE YOU BOOK YOU TICKET WITH *ETIHAD* or *FLIGHT NETWORK UK*

I know we use comparison sites like SKYSCANNER to find the cheapest deals on FLIGHTS and these are the companies always provide you the best deals and we choose these companies for the service and then we realise that we are the *VICTIMS OF THESE FRAUD by these FRAUDSTERS*

if you are VULNERABLE beware you will be targeted by these companies

************avoid ETIHAD and FLIGHT NETWORK UK LTD****** though we pay a bit more choose other airlines and leave with ***PEACE OF MIND************

Totally unethical

Totally unethical. I wanted to book an SAS flight. This website came up first in the Google search. They use the SAS logo, have the same colours on their website and give you a booking experience like the real thing. But the flights were TWICE the actual price, with no airline confirmation code and a £140 cancellation fee. I took the loss the moment I realised it wasn’t the real SAS airline. Utterly unethical, but better off without trying to rely on them for an actual flight. This should not be allowed.

Scam with my baggage

They did not add the baggage after charging me along the ticket and later told me on call that whatever I pay on the airport will be refunded, but they refunded me the amount they charged me while booking on the ticket.

Utterly incredible that they are still at it so blatantly

Just Googled them to see what continents prosecutors won the race to indict them. Shocked to find them still operating transnationally. Made complaints to US DOT, Canada consumer authorities and US federal prosecutors more than a year ago. They fronted, in my case, for Icelandair and refused 24 hour refunds requested per US DOT dictates. The refusal is based on exploiting a loophole that they are a travel agent and thus the moment you hit send you are screwed, your fare forfeited. My interactions with them were chilling. Astounding that they are still at it in August 2024. The reviews are some of the worst I’ve ever read. Do not be lulled: there are still audacious fraudsters out there and yes government can be totally useless in thwarting them.

Scam

I would give them 0 if possible. Such a scam.
They book you on connection flight with reasonable wait only to change it with few hours to 12h wait.
Their prices are total scam. The carry on luggage will cost you 3 times the ticket price and from there they charge an other ticket price to assist you and even for check in.
Avoid!

Never ever again with this company and the likes.

You would find my reviews periodically appearing for this company as I could continue ensuring they never go beyond 1 star - I have burnt my hands going through such intermediaries that are completely unnecessary. I have lost all my £800 with them trusting their back office support - and I have all official docs sent to them FYI. My experience was for 2023 and Truspilot does not let you review a year earlier.

FRAUDULENT

Shocked that this company is allowed to operate.

Their website would not work, and when I tried to book it stated “payment not authorised and booking not gone through”. I then booked flights via the airline directly, to then find out that Flightnetwork had indeed taken full payment.

I rung them within the hour, they claimed;
- it had been 24 hours therefore no refund at all (it had been an hour)
- they could cancel with airline but would charge me 70 GBP cancellation fee (despite their website claiming not to have booked the flights!)

Eventually after multiple, terrible experiences with their customer service team, they refunded me a partial amount keeping 120 GBP. No explanation as to why this 120 GBP has not been refunded, as firstly the payment was not authorised in the first place, but secondly their own T&C’s state 34GBP per tickets for cancellations…..

I have spent hours trying to get this back and am still battling.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR GO TO GATE (the other name they operate under). They are clearly scammers and not only breaching their own T&C’s, but EU regulations too.

I will continue to push to get my money back, which has been stolen by this company.

DO NOT USE FLIGHTNETWORK

DO NOT USE FLIGHTNETWORK - 0NE STAR IS TOO MANY!!
Flightnetwork should be utterly ashamed as to how they con customers out of their money and tell lies.
I paid for 2 flights in Jan 24 and by May 24 had received no communication or details. I tried every means of contact to no avail.
I had no choice but to rebook the same flights through Booking.Com as I had booked and paid for a house in South Sinai and arranged time off work.
To date I have received nothing and they tried to tell my bank the flights were ok which is complete lies. This company stressed me out and I would NEVER use them again. I believe it is a case of hit or miss as to whether you are scammed or not. Judging by the multiple reviews of scamming it is a certainly a hit
Be sensible DO NOT USE FLIGHTNETWORK. I have lost almost 1000K and they are not contactable. I have contacted the Financial Ombudsman

STEER CLEAR!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!

Steer Clear!!!!

I’m leaving another negative review as I called them again.
They have then more than £1000 and haven’t issued a refund. If you try to discuss it with them they put the phone down on you and block your number. It’s a call centre in India. They are despicable.

Could not have been worse

Could not have been worse. I was having trouble finding where to do online check in with China South . Eventually contacted Flightnetwork . They were worse than useless!! A very arrogant guy then gave me a Chinese phone number to ring . After hours of searching I found out that China South do not do online check in at Heathrow. Surely Flightnetwork should have been able to tell me this very basic fact .

And after all this I got "Verify email"by clicking link emails scam from them .

€20 for a check-in that was not made

I had made my booking through FlightNetwork for a flight Paris-Stockholm on the 22nd of March (order no 1002-848-874). The booking confirmation did not give the flight number nor the ticket number. The booking reference with Air France was false, which obliged me to pay €20 to check-in with FlightNetwork. As I did not get my boarding card and had a false booking reference, I was forced to contact the Air France desk at the airport.
I have made more than thousand flights in my life and FlightNetwork ranks as the most dishonest and incompetent service provider I have come across

Duped by SEO for Flight Network

Needed to book a flight quickly and was duped by the SEO on Google!! The website looked pretty similar to the original airline site. As soon as I realised, I tried to call Flight Network and had the usual long wait time, up an hour each time calling at 'off peak' times there is limited staff available to take calls. Tried to appeal to them to refund the flight however they refused. As it's business trip, my flight will not be reimbursed as this is a third party. Also prices are ALOT more (£100 extra) than the original airline. Please be aware of the company.

Scum Scammers

What can I say, thieves, scammers, scum. 4 grand for flights to Sydney with Qantas. After 2 months they were cancelled by the Airline. When I phoned flightnetwork assured me all was good and they would send me confirmation. Of course this didnt happen. I phoned the Airline where I was told the flights were cancelled due to no funds being paid. Why are they allowed to rip honest people off?
