a short application, and quick resolution
I arrived at my destination after a delayed and rerouted flight. I was short of time and needed to catch up on the following days. I finally got time to contact Flightright a few day afterward. That is why it was important that Flightright helped my thru the application process and did not ask for unnecessary paperwork. I provided my original itinerary plus the rerouted actual flight; and they took it to the airline.

I’m pretty sure they kept my money
I’m pretty sure they kept my money. Missed a connection and filed a complaint via Flightright right away. The airline sent a message saying they had sent the money, Flightright says they didn’t receive it. Stopped responding to my messages until I went through alternative channels. They said they were again handling my case. 8 months later (1.5 years after filing my initial claim) I get an email saying they must drop my case and I can ask for an explanation as to why. I’ve sent four follow up emails asking why and they are being ignored. They also respond to these trust pilot comments to give the appearance they will chase things up, but they don’t follow through. Con artists. Choose another company.

It was easy and efortless. They cut a 1/3 comission but given that it's efortless money and I didn't do anything other than uploading documents and provide info, it's a fair amount. I received 260 eur in total within 2 months

Poor customer service and bad negotiating skills
They don't get a good outcome for their customers, bad communication and overall difficult to work with.
I hope to change this review if the situation changes.

Unprofessional and unclear pricing
They sat on my claim for over 3 months and then when I followed up they claimed that they were acting even though it was clear that there was no action…
Also, price presentation is far from clear.
Ultimately, we were charged 50%, when that is never clearly spelled out in the marketing brochures or their terms, with the price list seemingly only appearing if you do a test claim…
So much for protecting customer’s rights.
Use alternatives whenever possible.
