I applied for a compensation through…

I applied for a compensation through this platform but right after an hour I realized the fees. Then, I made an official cancellation request but did not get a response. Now, they sent an email saying that they proceeded the process and contacted the flight company. I have also contacted the company individually. And now they caused a confusion, do not respond to my emails.

I had an outstanding experience with…

I had an outstanding experience with FlightRight, again !!!After my flight was delayed for several hours, I wasn’t sure how to claim compensation or if the process would even be worth the effort. Thankfully, FlightRight made everything incredibly simple.

Their platform is very easy to use — I just entered my flight details, and within minutes they confirmed that I was entitled to compensation. From there, FlightRight handled everything on my behalf: contacting the airline, dealing with the paperwork, and keeping me updated at each step. The communication was clear and transparent, and I never felt left in the dark.

What impressed me most was their efficiency and professionalism. The claim process, which I expected to drag on forever, was resolved much faster than I imagined. In the end, I received the compensation I was owed without stress or hassle.

FlightRight turned a frustrating travel experience into a positive outcome, and I’m truly grateful for their service. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with flight delays or cancellations — they take all the complexity out of the process and really deliver results.

Very persistent …

Very persistent … have managed to get compensation out of Eurowings, who in my experience have been difficult to deal with … despite a clear failure (very late cancellation for no obvious reason, just one or two days ahead of the flight) on their end. Once the case was won and notified, it took only a few days to receive payment.

Absolut desaster

Catastrophic service let me wait one year of a flight that I was denied boarding. They said it was due to weather. But flight has flown like scheduled.
Catastrophic customer service aswell not answering any questions I would highly suggest to avoid that place

Very efficient and reliable. Highly recommended +++++

Flightright is very efficient and reliable. I´m more or less a frequent flyer, so unfortunately I experienced several delays >3h. For many of them I received a reimbursement, for others I´m waiting but optimist.
Of course they take their share (which is a good percentage) but there are many advanatages anyway; once you upload all information you don´t have to think about it anymore, nor pay a cent in advance. Just be patient and wait, they will be persistent, they know what to do and have specialised lawyers, so their success possibilities are high. Some airlines (like Ryanair and Tarom) are very hard to admit their fault even when there are no doubts so it could take time, for sure several months if not years. If you´re not a lawyer or don´t have a lawyer at your service anyway, this is the best way to guarantee you a reimboursement without having to pay any money in advance.
So I absolutely recommend Flightright.

I had a cancelled flight from Dublin to…

I had a cancelled flight from Dublin to Berlin and decided to try FlightRight. Honestly, I didn’t have much faith in the process at first, especially as time went on. But they proved me wrong.
Even after a year, FlightRight kept following up, sending regular updates by email and never gave up on my case. They handled everything from start to finish — I only had to provide my details. It felt a bit risky at first, but I was very positively surprised.

In the end, they successfully recovered my refund and deposited it directly into my account. I’m really happy with the outcome and impressed with their persistence and professionalism.

I definitely recommend FlightRight — trustworthy, efficient, and committed to getting results.

Im so satisfied

Im so satisfied, everything was online, and I received the money direct in my account. That was little less the my initial ticket price . I recommend Flightright .

Nightmare experience with Flightright

Nightmare experience with Flightright

In April 2022 I entrusted Flightright to pursue against claim against airline for me.

Only in April 2024, two years later, did Fightright say they were engaging lawyers to pursue the airline legally.

At this stage, I was no longer interested in pursuing the claim (the amount was very small)

I asked Flightright to drop the claim but they refused. Further they falsely accused me of not provided documents (they later acknowledged their claims were false).

Despite this, I continued to work with Flightright against my will.

Finally in Nov 2024 Flightright aknowledged their chances of successful enforcement were low, and they re-assigned all rights related to the case to me.

So that should be the end of it right? Nope

In May 2025 they have started contacting me again, seemingly unaware they have already re-assigned rights.

Today in July 2025 I have received another email from them suggesting the airline have paid the ticket refund to me (they have not), insinuating I am violating the terms of the agreement (which is no longer in place) and threatening to invoice me (despite (a) never have obtained the refund and (b) having surrendered rights over my case).

It's been a terrible, terrible experience. I wish I had never contacted them. They were supposed to make life easier but they made it harder. At this point I just want them to leave me alone
