I bought a ticket and the flight I got only could allow 1 23kg bag and he put all his effort to check if can get a different flight that can give allowance of 2 bags . I almost gave up but he kept on looking even though I had forgotten about it and then he got back to me in less than 24hours with a better option to accommodate me
