I had to check Trust Pilot before I booked, as this company was so much cheaper than the others and hadn't heard of them before.
I did a simple online transaction to book the tickets. I received an email from Simon Grey with the tickets within 12 hours or so ( I was worried when they didnt come through immediately but that seems to be the norm). I've also been able to tally ny booking with the airline's app so I'm confident that all has gone well.

This is was my first time booking
This is was my first time booking.
Nick and Simon helped me, they knew I was quite reserved about booking with them and reassured me. I saved £200 booking with them and was able to get my ticket within a few hours. I booked through google flights and they called me back themselves to inform me of steps.

Ususally skeptical about these sorta companies I find on skyscanner/google flights, but this was really smooth. Cheaper price than anywhere else, and contacting support was easy by live chat and whatsapp. E tickets issued in under 48h. Highly reccomend and will definitely be using again.

I tried to place a booking, it didn't go through on my corporate card, i got no emails had to book weeks later when checking on the expenses.

I was initially quite conscious about using an agent as I had never booked tickets through one before, but Nick Johnson quickly put me at ease.
Nick is an absolute gem of a person and extremely professional throughout the process.
He managed to save me over £200 on my ticket, which genuinely impressed me.
On top of that, he even gave me an upgrade on my ticket.
His customer service is outstanding and very personal.
If he ever missed my call, he would always call me back himself.
That level of care is rare these days.

I found flightstravel.co.uk by Google, and was slightly skeptical at first as the price was much, much better than another other I could find online. However since there were so many good reviews, I decided to give it a go.
The booking was smooth. Communication was great. eTicket was issued. I was asked by the staff/company to write a review. I decided to wait till after the trip before I write the review, as I wanted to be absolutely sure it would go smoothly, before I would give a 5 star review.
Trip has happened. No problem at all. Would be happy to use again!
