I used Fliki for the first time and found the platform to be generally user-friendly, especially after becoming familiar with its interface and various tools. However, I encountered technical issues: the playback of sounds and voices did not work properly.

Constant Copyright issues despite expensive premium account!! Your videos get constantly flagged and demonetized on youtube!!!
Secondly, their invoicing system is totally bonkers: They charge sometimes 8 minutes to make 41 seconds of video without any editing. Customer service is literaly non existant - you get standardized AI responses an no help at all! Never again!

I used fliki for a month after which i decided to cancel coz its not for me, only to find out its practically impossible to cancel your subscription. There is no option on the site to do it and they tell you to email them to cancel your subscription. I emailed them and sent back a message saying it was done only for them to charge me again the following month. I contacted them again only for them to redirect me to the site knowing damn well there is no option to unsubscribe. Now i'm stuck. Please help and stay the hell away from fliki.ai. horrible scammers

Customer service has not responded regarding a technical issue we are experiencing.
We have already paid for an annual subscription and started using Fliki. The file we created sounded good while we were editing it online; however, when we attempted to download it, the sound quality was poor, making it unusable for our project.

We reached out to support, but they immediately shifted the blame back to us, claiming that our music was not good enough and too loud. This was surprising, as we used standard music and had the volume set to only 30%. For almost a week now, customer service has not replied and has not provided any solutions.

We also requested to cancel our contract due to the lack of support, but it has been two days with no response to that request either.
