NOT EVEN ONE STAR RIP OFF DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I ordered well over $240 aust dollars of clothing from them back in early April 2020 - its now September and NO items have arrived. After contacting them numerous times with NO resolution - I have now had to escalate a claim to pay pal. I am not in a financial position to buy clothing very often and this winter I just thought I would spoil my teen daughter and I with some nice warm clothing. Its now Spring . We had no nice new clothes for Winter. And I am so so upset to have wasted my money on nothing - that's right nothing - as I have received nothing. The address supplied to them was correct and they supplied me with an invalid tracking number which ended in QLD. I live in WA. I dont think they even sent my items in the first place. They then claimed to resolve the issue they would re ship my package......three months ago......nope that has not arrived either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I´ve wated 132 days my new glorious boots. After a month I asked what´s the problem?, they said they send packge again soon. Then after another 1,5 months no answer. "No shipping record" never.. Tracking code should start with other letters anyway.

Beware! These are thieves and liars. They take your money, don’t deliver and have even set up a fake tracking system, sending you non existing tracking numbers for non sent articles. The good news: Paypal sorted it out, an gave me my money back.

Same as the other reviews here. Swindled out of $50 for a pair of shoes that never arrived and no refund after 4 months. Beware

My experience was exactly the same as most on here, $200 Australian dollars wasted, it was an add on my Instagram feed that I purchased from and it looked very legit, gorgeous wool jumpers and cute boots on beautiful models... it's been 5 months waiting for my order... They did respond initially telling me they will resend my order as it must of went somewhere else.... the last 6 emails have not been answered ...nothing... scammed!!

Big Scam
I had purchased a Cardigan on 3/8/20 and I traced the Item with Australia Post and it went to someone in Brisbane with my Tracking number on it.
Trying to email them but the does not exist.

I ordered a dress in May and still no dress , I have ordered from EBay, Zulilly , SHEIN and have received my dresses quickly not three and a half months later , if I could give a ZERO I would , no custom service I have sent emails to receive an email back after a month . The email said patience , I know due to covid , so that’s your excuse , others have delivered quickly , I only ordered this dress from you cause wish didn’t have the colour black . Shame on you , if I get the dress if not I will not purchase from you again , anyway the dresses you have other companies have them as well . Good written

in May and its been 3 and a half months now and I haven't received a thing. I emailed them about 3 times saying 'where is my jumper' with the first email saying that it had already been delivered (which it hadn't) and a 'sorry we will track your item' the next one and then I never heard a thing from them. Do not buy from this company. They place very nice looking jumper ads on the sides of sites you may be in. Do not be fooled!

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company does not honour orders or refund! I have lost $50 AUD. SCAMMERS SHONKS Should not be awllowed to do business ... wish I had read feedback before parting with any money!!!

I had ordered 3 sweaters with this company.
I never seen them.
After contacting them they told me that parcel was returned to them because of quarantine but they never ever processed my money back to me.
Very disappointing company.
Shoes from them had arrived but they were very poor finish for a money I had pay and even same size I was able to wear only one of them , second pair was too small,
Please learn from my lesson and don’t buy from them.I just waisted money.

SCAM COMPANY
I ordered three pairs of shoes since June now in August my parcel never delivered. Only sent a fake tracking that the parcel was delivered in another state .Never responds to my mail again.

they are thieves who will extort your money in exchange for promises to send you products that they are supposed to sell you that you will never actually get.

I have not received my item. They sent it to the wrong address and I got in touch with Australia Post. They advised me what to say. They wouldn’t refund my money. Claimed they would send out my cardigan in 7 days. There is no shipment notification, order number. No response to my many emails.

Ordered items back in May and still waiting to receive. Contacted Flipom via email numerous times yet no reply! They should not be allowed to advertise through Facebook. Do not order through Flipom!

I ordered a dress from this flipom company through Facebook it is a scam it's been over 2 months and the dress never showed up I just want a refund

This company is a Chinese company who will give you fake tracking numbers and is a scam operating with a Chinese VPN, following an algorithm to make detection impossible. They have access to the tracking system and generate tracking numbers accordingly .The pictures and the website are professional and suggesting impeccable English language skills.Please be advised that they contact you and try to convince you to withdraw your PayPal dispute. Again they pretend to be PayPal.

Ordered a boots and got wrong tracking number what is "lost" and now is silent.
No refund, no item just angry!

Bad site, dont like at all. Have not receive my items... Ordered in March & its now July. I have emailed x10 times, assured items were delivered in June. NOT! I am yet to see anything. Last email they said they would check tracking number, thinking that's fake! Good luck if you make an order.
