Terrible place!

Terrible place!! A complete ripoff. Ended up paying £27 and our daughter wasn’t allowed to play anywhere because she is 4 years old. But we had to pay the full amount + extra for an adult.

Staff are rude and unhelpful. Wont visit this place again. Go elsewhere.

Ended up what should have been a great outing with a crying child!!!!

CHESTER FLIP OUT (NOT MANCHESTER)

CHESTER FLIP OUT (NOT MANCHESTER)
I attended today. I was there for 3pm an by the time I was served it was 310. At 355 you were asking kids to leave which meant they got 45mins. Not happy at all I'd rather them of told me to wait till 4 if we didn't get the full hr. It cost me £25 for my 2 kids, and to top it off when we got in noone was told nor was it on the website that 1 of the main activities was on. The ball pit, why isn't it on the website which tells us before we go in. I come from birkenhead which is a big drive, not to be told at the desk either. Which I wrong, that is the 1 thing my little boy was excited about. I feel I wad robbed nor was anyone told an the lady before me wasn't happy either. What can be done as it wasn't cheap. It's a joke. I did ring an they didn't know what to say. Wasted my money an the financial situation people are in nowadays isn't easy. Let alone have money to throw away.

Extremely crowded full of kids

Extremely crowded full of kids, small place and more suited towards under 8 year olds. Walked in and walked back out straight away, did not receive a refund. Contacted head office and heard nothing back from them.

Let too many people in

Despite paying online and signing the waivers beforehand we still had to queue for 40 minutes. When entering the trampoline Park it was clear to see that it was dangerously overcrowded. Too busy to go on anything. I spoke to a member of staff about it and he was unhelpful, just saying they are below their capacity. We won't be returning.

Booked a party(11 guests)for my son 6th birthday.Base on my experience,all I can say is as follows:
•Our party host, she was lovely and helpful start from the beginning until the end.
•All kids had fun throughout the party and been dancing inside the party room.
•Overall the party went smooth as what we wanted to be.

Filthy disgusting

We visited the Stoke setting on March 6th for my daughters birthday. I sent this complaint via their online form to which I received no acknowledgement. I then sent it again another week later, and again no acknowledgement. This was our experience:
Hello,
I would like to make a formal complaint to whom it may concern.
I attended Flip Out Stoke with my daughters and several friends on Sunday 6th March for a 2 hour bounce (11am-1pm)
Upon arrival, the reception area was absolutely freezing cold, but we assumed this was due to visitors getting hot whilst bouncing so perhaps the discomfort was necessary. After the young lady took almost 20 minutes booking us in, we were then asked to go in to a side room to watch an instruction video. We waited a further 10 minutes to access the room after a party booking had left. When we finally got in, this room was too absolutely freezing cold to the point where sitting on the benches was actually painful. We sat in the room for a further 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to come and show us the video - nobody came, so I approached
reception desk to ask what was going on? The young lady then told us that we didn't need to watch the video as we weren't with a party booking!!! So by the time we got on to the trampolines it was 20 past 11!!! Despite us arriving at 10:25 and at the booking desk for half past!
Whilst the children enjoyed the facilities we noticed the thick layer of dust on the top of the inflatable area, no exaggeration it was at least 1 inch thick! That's disgusting and inexcusable. My daughter has a severe allergy to dust and has had to have multiple doses of piriton all day just to cope, her throat is extremely sore, she has had several nosebleeds which occur because of dust inhalation regardless of her bumping her nose whilst in the trampoline Park. The foam pits were also that full of dust, my youngest daughter got some in her eye and has had to go to the GP today to be prescribed eye drops!!! Aside of the place being absolutely filthy, the cherry on the top of this crap cake was the young man (a member of staff) overseeing safety who was quite brazenly fondling his genetalia with his hand in the pocket of his jogging bottoms multiple times in full view of children and spectators. I know covid has had a huge affect on people's socialisation but I'm pretty sure not messing with your testicles in public still applies.
We're absolutely mortified our visit was so disappointing. I thought you should be made aware of this situation and would not be surprised if you receive many more complaints similar in nature.
I look forward to your response.
I never received a response from Flip Out STOKE/STONE. They have chosen consistently to ignore my emails. Absolutely disgusting. We won't be visiting again.

Awful for a party. Good for a bounce?!

Like a few on here, I went a couple months ago for my son's birthday party. I really regret spending my money here. After the safety video, there was then no further communication until the food (which was fine as the kids were jumping). Then the food came which was miserable looking pizza and chips, the guy didn't even have tongs to serve, until I reminded him he shouldn't be dishing out chips with his hands?!? They had taken the cupcakes that I brought in away for safe keeping, but then took about 30 mins to retrieve it, by which time the kids were bored. Not enough party bags brought in, had to request more. They forgot to bring out the dessert, then after we requested it, they said they had run out of doughnuts (which was the dessert) so brought in a bunch of random chocolate bars from the cafe. The cafe itself was run poorly - took 20mins for a cup of tea and coffee. There was another party at the same time and the mum there had to come into our room to get a staff member. The whole experience was shocking considering how expensive it is for a party, the staff have zero interest or enthusiasm. We wrote an email to them to let them know so they can improve as the trampolines themselves are good, but neither they nor head office have bothered to reply. Don't waste your money here.

Really disappointed that I can’t make…

Really disappointed that I can’t make official complaint direct to Manchester flip out. My son had his party there today at 1pm we arrived as requested 30 mins before the party slot, we were left in a room with tv till 1pm where Tegan finally can to our rescue and start the safety video. We were allocated table in the cafe after video was shown. Children went and enjoyed there jump, we then waited till 2.25 to be allowed into our party room due to previous party going 20mons over there time slot. At 2.40 I was asked by another lady worker can she come clean up as we were running over our time? I refused and stated we’re not leaving till we have had our full 30mins as kids were still eating and cake hadn’t even come out. I wasn’t happy woth the food service nor was I happy woth how my party guest and myself was dealt with during our time here. Tegan was lovely and done all she can to get us sorted. But the rest of the staff were rude. The time scale was ridiculous and for me it was far to over crowded for children to be able to enjoy any sort of jumping or eating! I would love full refund but this won’t happen! I had silver booking just under £200 and I would o rather spent that doing something positively fun and something we could all look back on in positive way!

Birthday party

We had my sons 6th birthday party here on Sunday and what a disaster. We arrived 30 minutes before the party when I was told there was no party booked, we waited a further 15 minutes to be told there was no party host and they will go and see if they can find anybody to do this. We was allocated a party host who who didn’t really explain anything and didn’t really know what to do with hosting a party. Throughout the whole party we did not sign a waiver or watch the safety video which is obviously not safe !!!
No tables available upstairs for guests to sit and no reserved seating for the party. I went to set up banners in the party room where the children were going to eat and the girl was cleaning the table with oven cleaner when another colleague questioned her about it and she said does it matter. The pizza came out first then the chips around 10 minutes after with the slush following ( which you would think it would come out together). The whole day was a shamble and I would definitely not recommend a party here. The toilets were dirty, bins overflowing and the manager was so rude !!

Please avoid booking a party here
Definitely the worse £200 I have ever spent.

Flip Out Brent Cross - terrible logistics

Flip Out Brent Cross:

Terrible logistics. Despite booking a session in advance on-line and signing the e-waiver in advance, it took us 30 minutes to clear the reception area and my kids missed 20 minutes of the 1h session as a result. Once we got it, we realised how over-crowded it was.

Despite raising a compliant, customer service was pretty ineffective and simply said I should have attended 30 minutes before the start of the session.

Flipout Chichester

Flipout Chichester - what a rip off! Paid for an hours jump and 30 mins in were told thats the end of it, need the other 30 minutes to sanitise the place.....see the need to sanitaise but 30 minutes and if so, why are we getting told its an hours jump and paying for an hour? Not going to flipout again - have lots more choices elsewhere where they are truthful.

Need a cleaner!

Where to begin. Toilets completely filthy, says checked every hour but the sheet in the toilets had no signatures after Monday (we visited on a Thursday). The line for drinks was so slow I was stood waiting for almost 25 minutes because one poor girl was serving with no help. The floors were littered with bits of rubbish. Most of the arcade style games were out of service. The trampolines were fine to use but the ninja course and foam pit were closed due to Covid yet you were still charged full price. No tables were cleaned and you had 1 lad just wandering round every half hour or so who would announce which wrist band colour had to leave and that was that. Poor supervision, filthy and so many out of order signs.
