Abysmal support. They don't reply for days, and when they finally do and promise to get back to you, they leave you hanging for weeks on end, never following up by the promised dates unless you write to them again.
If there's an issue with the process or they need a document from you, they just pause the process without reaching out to you to try and resolve it. You have to guess that something went wrong and inquire yourself at every step.
Processes and conversations can drag on for months and still not get resolved. Bottom-of-the-barrel stuff.
