Good experience
I had overall a very good experience I made a wrong booking initially which was pre-paid and had to re-book again. I could reach them by phone straight away, then I cancelled and got my refund and at the same time made a new booking. I was a bit skeptical in the first place due to people posting negative review, but I would definitely assure you this is a trustworthy agency.

Do not recommend this travel company
Do not recommend this travel company. I cancelled a hotel september 19th and was advised the same that due to a technical issue they would deposit my refund to my bank account. To date I still have not received a refund despite apologies and assurances that the process was underway. Use caution!!

They are thieves . They will not refund my money for a cancellation . Even though it was guaranteed free cancellation. I canceled in less than 72 hours of making reservation . Do not give them your credit card information . This company is bad !!!! Don’t use them .
