Be aware they buses will leave early. Our bus left 10 minutes early,but on app it says left right time. We was waiting on the bay 15 min with no sign of the bus to Cardiff. We asked other driver and he said just wait here buss will come. Nothing. We end up buying new tickets 2x more expensive for the next bus. !! You wont get any refunds because the system will say the bus left the right time. !!! Disgusting. If you want to ise this company u need be on the bus stop minimum 30 minutes early to not miss the bus! We wont use it anymore!

In May 2026,my family 3 children and…
In May 2026,my family 3 children and wife booked this bus enroute to the airport. The driver was late and we almost missed our plane. Driver left us at terminal 2/3 instead of 4 because of time. I struggled with lagguage and children to catch a train and thanks to the airline who had closed understood my plight.Whenever I see these buses I shever and will Never use them in my lifetime.

Cleaning needs a huge consideration..
Comfortable seats and WiFi connected okay after a while but the state of the coach/ bus was so bad. I had a mouldy pasty or some form off food down the side of my seat at the back seats and the toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks, the smell off pee was horrendous and it was everywhere around the toilet seat. I gather it's a busy company with constant transfers but still it shouldn't be this bad..

Shit bus service never on time and live tracking is wrong. When i chat with live chat they are just making excuses and that it. They don’t even know where is the bus right now. And also not refunding my money back. Worst service

Route Napoli to FCO easy and nice bus!
Route Napoli to FCO. Very happy with the transportation. Clean bus and good AC. There wasn’t a bathroom onboard but we did stop half way (3 hour total) and people did use bathroom. Driver was very professional and we departed 10 min late but made up the time and arrived 5 min early. Easy and comfortable experience!
