NO STARS! What a sh*t company this is!! They are only in business due to their quite cheap fares no other reason! Imagen a company that doesn’t have a customer service department that listens to customer?! Well, this company does!! Flixbus advised me to purchase a train ticket instead of using my already purchased FlixBus ticket as their local service was on strike. I was also promised and assured that FlixBus would reimburse my train ticket. When I tried to receive the reimbursement they refused! Disgusting! That’s what kind of appalling company they are!! Avoid at all costs! Pay a bit more to go with a reputable service.
