What the hell of a experience is this ......I have gone to my boarding point which is given in ticket and app and everywhere and in every notification I got about my travelling .......but they didn't come to boarding point I am travelling with my old father and they asked me to come 150meters ahead to get into the bus .....my father cannot carry luggages and I am the only one to carry and we have 6 bags to carry and now they are asking me to travel 150 more meters ...no body is around us to help ...I have asked them to come to the official boarding point and they are shouting at me and they are so so arrogant ...I have travelled through buses hundreds of times and this is top most worst service I have got till now like literally ....when I asked them to come to official boarding point they told me "ticket cancel kardo bhaiyya" what the heck are u talking mannn....tomorrow I have one important exam in Bangalore and now I am in chennai and how can u just say that simply ...how can u tell a customer who has paid money to cancel a seat carelessly .....worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst service ever
