AVOID like the plague
AVOID like the plague. This is the worst transport company I ever tried. Cycle, walk, crawl, fly... Do whatever you can to avoid traveling with their busses.

The worst bus company ever
The worst bus company ever! Rip-off their customers and even though we didn't use their service, on the first trip because the bus was VERY late and we had to quickly find an alternative so we don't miss our flight, the second trip we cancelled a week earlier after the disappointment with first, they refused to refund us the money! I told them we are cancelling because their service is unreliable and will not use them again....so they gave us a voucher for another trip! Totally inadequate response, rip-off, incompetent and their staff lies about the times of the buses' arrival! Do Not use these scammers! I'm going to report them to their regulator next as I'm not getting anywhere with my complaint.

More attention to cleaning
My journey of departure was comfortable and fast, I arrived on time and I had no one in the next place that bothered me.
On the other hand, my journey back home was less pleasant because of the strong smell coming from the bathroom. I recommend paying more attention to the cleaning of buses.

seat assignment
The bus was almost empty but there were 3 of us sitting in the last row. For public health reasons (COVID experience), it would be preferable to distance people if the bus is not full.

Driver and second driver work well together for the excellent ride
We like that every passenger got their ID checked before boarding the bus (we feel safer) also both driver and second driver they both work well together to make a smooth journey for everyone. Thank you so much for the great service to us.

Travelling from Vienna to Bratislava
I travelled from Vienna airport to Bratislava and back.
I appreciated the punctuality, the courtesy of the staff and the comfort. For the competitive price and comfort of the trip I highly recommend Flixbus for the connection between Vienna and Bratislava

A good service
I had to move from Porto to Lisbon because of an organized trip.
flixbus was the best choice, I know it from Italy and it has never disappointed me, comfortable and cheap, the only small flaw of this trip: no toilet paper and a non-working sink, but honestly I can't say that this detail ruined my experience.

Casual attitude to safety
Flixbus is the kind of company that adheres to regulations knowing them to be inadequate. Half a century ago, it was only required that seat belts be fitted in the front seat of cars. In Flixbus, seat belts are only fitted to the mandated seats. Not all seats. Flixbus attitude to safety is 50 years out of date. What other corners are they cutting? Drivers on amphetamines to extend their shifts? I don’t know. Flixbus don’t respect that our lives are in their hands.

Fast but no facilities
The service was fast and on time, seats were quite comfortable. Unfortunately, the plug didn't work so I couldn't charge my phone, neither the lamp so I couldn't read...
