Unwanted extra order

The information regarding your products was very helpful. But after ordering the package with 2 TV sticks plus warranty priced £120.80. I could not get to the order summary as another choice was on my screen.
When I did get to the order summary I had been charged for a further 2 x TV Stick priced £75.98. I do not require these and only wish to pay £120.80 plus shipping and handling £6.90 which is grand total £127.70 not £203.68

Customer support person was very helpful…not happy with product

Customer support person was very helpful about my return. I purchased 4 Flixys and tried one of them. This sounded similar to a VSee box but it is not comparable at all. I think the advertising is misleading.

The customer service was very helpful

The customer service was very helpful. They gave me many suggestions to connect to the internet. None worked for me. I think the modem has to be close to my TV and since my main TV is in the basement game room, I couldn't connect a phone line to it since there isn't phone jack in the basement. It seemed to be a quality product though.

Excellent customer rapport …

When I discovered that the stick wasn't what I had expected, I emailed my concern and I received a very prompt response. Not only that, but the messages over several emails were genuinely helpful and very polite.

Stay away from Flixy

Stay away from this company. Very bad cs practices. the product did not allow me to connect to the Angel Network which was the sole purpose for ordering the device. Returning the product and getting a refund is very difficult. The product can only be returned if unused. So how do you know if the product works if you don't use it? I called cs to initiate a return and was told I had to complete a survey first and then email them that I did the survey. I did that and then got an email that did not give me instructions on how to return the item but offered me a 25% refund if I kept the items, again no instructions on how to return. I feel really scammed. Thank goodness Trust Pilot allows you to edit your reviews!

I bought the Flixy

I bought the Flixy, based on an advertisement and information on Google. After much research and unsuccessful, casting capability with my plasma and much older TV, I ordered this device. Set up was very easy, but unfortunately, it was not able to cast, the menu and sub menus were not able to provide any kind of casting activation, and after much back-and-forth with technical support, they did their best and being able to provide options and solutions, but still not able to navigate and find the casting functionality. Therefore, I am requesting a refund and call it a day.

I expected for the set-up to be very…

I expected for the set-up to be very straight foreward and simple setup. I connected the device to two different TVs. The TVs only flashed continuously which made the set up near impossible. I never received any form of a viewable image.
