My feelings with customer service and Flixy
My feelings with customer service was great. The gentleman was very nice and very easy to understand. As far as the Flixy , I can't honestly rate it considering I never used it. The package was open but once I read the box info I knew it wasn't what I thought it was. I'm not up on this new technology .

It was very easy to place an order!
It was very easy to place an order. I would have preferred all the additional options shown should have been available on the same page instead of multiple pages. It makes the buyer feel like myself, uncomfortable making online purchases from an unknown seller I’m not familiar with.

Cannot view streaming without subscription fees
When I opened the box, the instructions did not match the parts in the box. After several tries I was able to put all the parts together and install them on my TV and make it work. Once installed the Flixy Stick worked pretty much like a Roku or Fire Stick but did not allow me to view streaming content from the Internet without subscriptions. As a result, it gave me no more functionality than I already have with Google TV.
