I sent an email thru to you on the 10th June 2921 to which I have received no reply!
I brought 3 diamond paintings one of which was The Old Couple (10577Y) colour A number 23 or no 3772 is in very short supply. I ran out of this colour with more than half to complete. It would appear that I am a at least 100 plus diamond of this colour short! I was hoping that you would send me the missing diamonds but to date have not received either the diamonds or a reply to my email !

I wasn’t pleased with the package tracking system. It was confusing. An estimated delivery date was never communicated. Neither was the delivery time frame. I waited & waited & am still waiting. I haven’t received my package yet. It’s been three weeks so far & again that was never communicated to me.

I ordered from them on June 11. Their website says items will ship within 2-5 business days and take a few weeks to a month to deliver. The delivery wait is fine since it’s coming from China but today is business day 9 and no word on shipping. I email them but no response. I hope I didn’t blow $80.

Edited..still no shipping info or response to emails and obviously no refund.

Edited July 10: it’s finally been shipped after I notified paypal. Sure won’t order from them again and I hope everyone else who hasn’t gotten their order gets theirs soon

Edited July 15: I ordered two diamond paintings and a drill storage case. I received the paintings which I gave to a friend but they screwed me out of my storage case. Buyer: buy at your own risk. I don’t recommend this company

These are beautiful canvases! The Van Gogh was available at a local store, but the coloring was off. I guess I had ordered round drills when I intended to order square, but it is turning out beautiful.

Exactly what I ordered. More than enough diamonds as well. Painting was in excellent condition, not scrunched up like others that I have received from other websites. Would definitely recommend this website to anyone.

Since the 10th of January 2021 I have sent my purchase until now 5th of May 2021 I haven't receive anything

With the quality until I am satisfied. Not with the service and delivery. I have had to wait a very long time for the order. Two pictures were also delivered twice. I complained to you and waited 2 weeks for the answer. Wasn't very pleased about it, do they understand? I hope that the claimed image will soon be in my hands.

Material shipped was well-organized, nothing missing, the only comment is on the colors of the diamond painting. I was expecting more contrasts. Cleaner pictures once finished.

was not very happy when I ran out of diamonds and could not finish my painting . couldn;t find anywhere where I could order more or complain on this matter

I have found out that you have to get diamond arts that are bigger than 30cm x40cm.
The flowers that I got were very close in colour and I was pleased with the finished art.
From the time I placed the order to when it arrived. I was overall pleased that it didn’t take a months to arrive. So my overall experience with your company was favourable.

I love doing the painting as I love framing them when I have finished.

I ordered 2 Diamond Paintings on February 2nd. Supposedly it was shipped on February 9th. As of today, it is still in China.

They have a lot of great patterns, but pretty overpriced. I should have done more research as I thought this was an American based company and that the patterns would be sent from the US.

I've been waiting over two month for The delivery and still waiting for it

I requested extra beads and the e-mail was canceled and I tried on Facebook through an agent and never get a response. I will never order from that company .

Trying to get extra bead is so hard to get. When there is enough to finish the painting..

My order arrived and it was the wrong picture. After contacting I received an e mail to say the right picture has been dispatched . Although tracking says the parcel has been delivered. IT HAS NEVER BEEN DELIVERED TO ME. No reply when I contacted company.
