We use Floatist already three years, and it become really essential part of how we run everyday operations. Platform is easy to use, dependable, and every time is getting better because they actually listen to feedback we give them.
Big part of this good experience is support we got from Eta, during onboarding and also after. She is very responsive, hands on, and patient through whole process, always helping us to sort out problems fast and making sure our team feel confident using system.
Floatist make our organization much tighter, across turnarounds and also communication between departments. What is really standing out for us, software actually reflects how it is to run charter fleet in real life, not some generic tool that just get put on top. We recommend it strong for any charter operator who is looking for modern system, with team behind it that really care about their customers.

We are in our 4th season using Floatist and our experience has been very good. Our guests find it convenient, whilst it has helped us improve efficiency,managing a multi centre yacht fleet. The platform is evolving with useful additinal features added regularly, whilst we cannot fault the support from the Floatist team.

This is our third season on board Floatist, and we are absolutely happy about our decision.
