I can’t say enough good things about Flodesk. Their platform is beautifully designed, incredibly easy to use, and backed by genuinely fantastic customer service. Every interaction feels thoughtful and human (which is rare these days), and their pricing makes powerful email marketing accessible without sacrificing quality. Flodesk makes running a business feel simpler—and a lot more enjoyable.

I love how easy it is to use Flodesk and that includes the templates, wrokflows and segments, and their FB group has always been such a great help!

I have loved Flodesk from the moment I first started using it! It is female founded and owned which I adore, and it has helped me grow my practice and online business with its easy, intuitive interface. Creating and sending emails to my list has been a delight and something I genuinely look forward to because of how seamless Flodesk's software and platform are. Also, their customer service has been 10/10 if I've ever had an issue which is rare. If you are a business owner or want to grow your email list, Flodesk is the crème de la crème!

Flodesk is brilliantly designed for easy use from the first time you use it onward. I've been on Flodesk since 2019, and it's the best investment I made for my business. I'm a small business owner, so I'm researching and writing the email myself. In Flodesk, it's easy and a real timesaver.

I really regret building my mailing list with flodesk.

In the beginning everything was fine, but recently all my emails are being marked as phishing and automatically filtered into spam - despite me sending the same high quality content.

I'm subscribed a few other small businesses who also use flodesk and I noticed their emails to me are also being marked as phishing - so I know it's not just me.

As a result of all these problems and low open rates, my domain reputation has taken a massive hit and now I'm unable to use my mailing list I've spent years building up.

At first, I hesitated to move my mailing to Flodesk because some reviews mentioned that they don't have good functionality for creating email sequences. This is not true at all. Their workflows are amazing, as is their email sending service with a huge variety of beautiful designs for sign-up forms and emails. They've thought of everything! Great job, Flodesk!

I love Flodesk. It is an ideal platform to write my email newsletters on. I have used some of their templates and also adapted them and made them feel my own. The site is easy to navigate, there is a wide range of fonts and its easy to link to my website. I also use their workflows to run the admin for my workshop events and they work seamlessly. It is an easy site to use and be creative with.

I love Flodesk and its ease of use for someone who has zero skills in newsletter management. They make it so easy with templates, ideas, helpful videos and the customer service is top notch. These days you get an AI bot to answer questions. Flodesk has real, live people who explain everything and are experts at hand-holding. High recommend!

I recently switched to Flodesk for my newsletter and I’m honestly so happy with it! I went straight for the paid version (the free one only lets you send 500 emails), and it’s been totally worth it. The editor is great, it takes a bit of tweaking at first to make everything look exactly how you want, but after a few hours of playing around, it feels super intuitive and even fun to use.

The platform offers beautiful templates and ready-to-use content blocks, including an interactive poll block that’s such a nice touch. Even the free version includes both campaigns (single emails) and sequences (automated series), which is impressive.

It’s the fourth platform I’ve tested, and so far it’s my favourite - enough templates to inspire you without feeling overwhelming, solid user-friendliness, and the best price for what it offers. Highly recommend it if you want your newsletters to look elegant and professional without the headache. 🤍

We love Flodesk for our email needs for our local Homeschool Business (Homeschool Enrichment Centers). It provides such ease when creating engaging emails for families that are informative and creative. The templates make life so easy and save us so much time.

It's easy to use, visually beautiful and makes email marketing fun. Although they aren't as robust as some of the other platform options out there, they give you all the tools you need (and are constantly adding new, fun things).

When it comes to their support, I'm yet to have a bad experience and I've been on the platform since 2021. They're always efficient and get the job done.

It's also a woman led business and if you ever have a chance to watch a call with the founders, it's apparent how much they love the platform they've created.

Overall, I love Flodesk and think you will too.

Flodesk is not only a fantastic tool to reach our subscribers with gorgeous emails but they are so easy to work with. Whenever I have had to reach out to them with any questions, the response is fast & informative.

So many great things to say about Flodesk, not only did they make their emails and setup beautiful but also easy for someone that is not too tech savvy to be able to set up. But the best part is, whenever you are stuck with something (like I am at times…) and not being able to figure out how to do things, there is always a real person behind the follow up email willing to show you step by step how that certain “thing” is done. I have so texted them several times and they have always and kindly helped me solve any issue.

With Flodesk's easy layouts and intuitive design, I was able to write and schedule a thoughtful email with photos, text, and my brand's touches, within 45 minutes (including coming up with the topic from thin air). I love Flodesk and how easy it is to communicate beautifully with my audience.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out they have simple, no-tier pricing, which actually saved me a ton of money!
