Great Mattress & Protector, but Worst Experience with Dirty Pillow & Service!


"I recently purchased a Flo Anti-Gravity Mattress and an Aloe Vera Protector.

The Good:
The mattress and protector are excellent! They are very comfortable, smooth, and providing a great sleep experience. The packaging was good and the delivery team was disciplined. I highly recommend the mattress and protector for anyone looking for better sleep.

The Bad (Stay Away from the Pillow):
However, I am extremely unsatisfied with the Flo Adjustable Memory Foam Pillow (₹1449). DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW! They delivered a used and very dirty product. It is completely unhygienic and arrived in a worst-quality dirty plastic bag without any billing label or tag.

Customer Service & Escalation:
The customer service is terrible. After continuous calls, they finally responded and asked for proof. I sent multiple photos and videos showing the dirt and missing labels to their WhatsApp and Email. Even after escalating to Krupal Acharya (L1) and Sarthak Deshmukh (L2), they are refusing to replace the dirty product.
They take your money (₹1449) but deliver unhygienic products and offer zero support for replacements. I am very disappointed with how Flo Mattress treats its customers regarding these issues.

I recently purchased a Flo mattress…

I recently purchased a Flo mattress from Flo Mattress and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality and comfort. From the very first night, the mattress felt perfectly supportive while still being soft enough to relax into. It strikes a great balance between firmness and cushioning, which has significantly improved my sleep quality.

The build quality feels premium, and you can really notice the thoughtful design that supports the back and maintains proper posture during sleep. I also love how breathable the mattress is — it stays comfortable throughout the night without feeling too warm.

Another thing worth appreciating is the overall experience with the brand, from delivery to setup, which was smooth and hassle-free. It truly feels like a well-crafted product designed for long-term comfort.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Flo mattresses to anyone looking for a comfortable, supportive, and high-quality mattress for better sleep.
