Flo Mattresses is fake company

Flo Mattresses is fake company. I ordered 13 October 2025 and Expect delivery time- 26 October 2025. And today 26 Oct, He not Dispatched. I don't know he will dispatch or not. When i call what's my order status. He will reply daily under 24 to 48 hours dispatch.

Title: Extremely Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I placed my mattress order with Flo Mattress on 2nd October, and today is 11th October, yet I still haven’t received my order. I’ve called customer support four times, and every single time I was given the same vague assurance — “You’ll get your order in 24–48 hours.” Unfortunately, nothing has been delivered so far.

When I asked to escalate the issue to a senior representative, my request was simply ignored. The most frustrating part is that the team keeps repeating that the “dispatch details will show soon,” but they are unable to give a clear delivery timeline.

This experience reflects a complete lack of accountability and reliability from Flo Mattress. Despite all their advertising and promises, the after-sales service and delivery process are extremely poor. I would strongly recommend potential buyers to think twice before ordering from Flo Mattress, as the company seriously needs to improve its customer communication and delivery commitments.

I ordered a mattress from FLO on 13th…

I ordered a mattress from FLO on 13th July 2025 (Order ID: #1509388423FLOPESO) and paid ₹9,492.45. It’s 21st July and despite multiple calls, chats, and false commitments of “24 to 48 hours,” I still haven’t received my order.

Customer service just keeps repeating scripted replies. This is nothing but harassment. Many other customers are facing the same issue (just read the Instagram comments).
FLO Mattress is not what it claims — beware before ordering. I am attaching proof of my order.

Strongly do not recommend this brand to anyone.

Mattress quality is good! However, they have some misleading cashback terms, and also their support team is not helpful. Not recommended at all.
