We didn’t actually have one of the samples in stock for you at the time we sent the first two.
We sent the final one out on Thursday for you which you should receive at latest, by Monday.

They stated samples were free and delivery £2.99. But was charged £19.98 for 4 samples.

Still not arrived
Still not arrived.
Now 15 days since order.
Problem seems to be with Royal Mail.
Sample was resent, finally arrived after 19 days from first order.
Looks like Royal Mail have lost the first shipment.

We have just sent you the tracking number for Royal Mail to your email address to show that we sent these on the 20th of December at 9.21 am.
Royal mail was reporting some delays in the lead up to Christmas, but you should have certainly received the order by now.
If you had contacted us prior to immediately leaving a negative review, then we could have investigated this for you and updated you with this information, much sooner. We will contact you again today with an update.

Excellent service and lovely floor
Floorland were brilliant from start to finish. Great communication and knowledgable about what we needed. Everyone we spoke to was polite and friendly and we’ve had loads of compliments on how lovely the floor looks. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again.

Lee and his team are simply stellar! Lee helped us throughout the process, he knows the trade very well and gave us good advice while also explaining every step of the process. He was always available and replied to my messages quickly, which was nice of him! His team did an amazing job fitting the new floor and it looks spectacular!!! We are really happy and can't thank Lee and his team enough for the outstanding job.
I'm really glad we've come across his shop and would recommend him to anyone who needs new floors!

Absolutely made up with my new bedroom…
Absolutely made up with my new bedroom floor. Lee is very professional and nothing was to much trouble. Due to the fact I won my floor in a raffle I wasn't expecting it to be high quality...but I was definitely wrong. I will be recommending this company to friends and family.

This rating is mostly for the service I had from Floorland. Lee was extremely helpful and went to great lengths to help out every step of the way.
Unfortunately I am not overly impressed with the uniclic system from Quickstep. It’s not an easy product to install.

We really needed to find a number of…
We really needed to find a number of additional packs for our laminate flooring boards as soon as possible as the previous company couldn’t deliver our full order on time nor give us an estimated delivery time for the rest packs due to the out of stock issue. Floor land has managed to secure the available packs for us and the whole ordering process was very easy. All staff are very professional and helpful. A 2-hour delivery time slot was given one day before the delivery day which was very helpful so we didn’t have to wait for the whole day in the empty house for the delivery. Thanks a lot and we will be back again if any new flooring is needed in the future.
