They gave us a quote Never said there was fitting on top fair enough They way over measured They sent a fitter with Covid Hung over his brother came & did a great job There were so many boxes over We notified them they asked if the boxes had been opened The fitters had opened all the full unused boxes so we couldn’t return them What was initially thought to be a reasonable job was a very expensive one Please be aware. Hope this stops more people from being miss sold This was cross gates Leeds BTW

NEVER BUY FROME HERE THE GUY IS A CON ARTIST AND NEVER DELIVERED FLOOR AND PROMISED TO REFUND MY MONEY BACK IN SEPT AND STILL WAITING HE HAS EVEN FABRICATED CONFIRMATION STATEMENTS AND EVERYTHING JUST A CON ARTIST - ALL LIES - NEVER GO NEAR IT.

I don’t know how this company is on a 4 star rating. We awaited an expected delivery on Monday, then Tuesday, and then had to chase it only to be told it would be here Friday. Friday (today), came and went. We did call again late Friday afternoon to try and get an estimated delivery time only to be told we were the last drop of the day….guess what, it’s still not here at near enough 8pm. What a scam!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

From beginning to end Danny and his team made everything so easy.
The job was booked in, my choices were made, there was no delays and all started on time. Throughout the time the job took to do, the guys always kept it tidy, cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond to get the job done and to a very high standard.

From start to finish great customer service from Danny. I phoned up with couple of questions and was supported very well! I needed a quick delivery to which was confirmed so I could get my Carpenter booked. LVT went down very easily and the light tiles transformed the bathroom to brighter space.

I needed bathroom flooring urgently as we had been let down by another company. I placed the order on Friday and received it on Monday as promised by Danny. He really got us out of a hole and I would thoroughly recommend them! Lovely tiles, too!

Order and delivery was very efficient and quick . Danny was very helpful and sorted out an exchange for us when we changed our mind . Would recommend Floor-Store and would use again
