These guys are a dream to deal with. From start to finish they have provided the best customer service I have experienced in a long while. When most organisation's have no idea what customer service is, dealing with HAVWOODS ACCESSORIES is just a pleasure. Big shout out to Lisa in the team as well. Unreliable delivery
Placed an order was told and expected delivery the following day. Waited all day and it didn’t arrive, tracking info was useless as it stated delivery had been attempted and no one was in. You can’t get any info from the help line or website. I have been ordering goods from Havwoods Accessories for decades and deliveries have become appallingly unreliable, no more orders from me any longer I’m afraid. I just can’t afford for goods not to arrive when promised!

Absolutely hopeless
Absolutely hopeless. They don’t even know the products they are selling. Don’t fall into the trap of thinking this company is Havwoods Flooring, because they aren’t. I ended up getting the advice I needed to restore my Havwoods floor from Havwoods Technical.
