Excellent Flooring Quality and Fast Delivery
We recently renovated our kitchen and utility room and spent weeks comparing different flooring companies. Floorbay had the best choice and the prices were much better than the local stores. I ordered a few samples first, which arrived quickly and made it much easier to decide. The flooring looks even better in person and feels really solid underfoot. Delivery arrived the next day as promised, everything was well packed, and there was no damage. The whole process was straightforward from start to finish, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Excellent customer service from order through to delivery. Always kept informed of delivery timescales and a small issue with some damaged boards was dealt with quickly and efficiently and replacements arrived within a few days.
Highly recommended for price and service and I will use them again for future projects.

i spoke to a guy rick on 16th may ordered karndean calcutta rick said i will receive my order by friday 22nd may at the latest .i rang weds 20th to double check when i will receive the order.they said on friday its coming direct to me .i then phones at 1 pm to say i havent received order yet then a lady rang me and said the tile is not in stock .why did this company accept my order when they dont have a tile in stock .they are very unprofessional discusting customer service .absolute scammers i have booked a 2 floor fitters for saturday 23rd may i will loose more money because of this

Following on from our telephone call earlier today I wish to thank you for both your diplomatic and calm nature. I can not disagree with you in any respect that unfortunately service levels have sadly fallen way below what we strive for. As explained to you yesterday by Karndean customer services management they had been made aware of a quality control issue in the product and as would be normal practice they decided it best to take the flooring “ off sale “ and quarantine it until further tests has taken place. Unfortunately this was totally outside of our control but fully appreciated the knock on effect to both your self and your installation team. On Wednesday and Thursday as normal protocol we checked everything was on schedule and they confirmed it was. It was only on Friday that the bad news was conveyed to us and the subsequent call from Karndean.
I honestly cannot apologise enough and I have requested a that a compensation payment be made to you in an attempt to try and help a little with the inconvenience you have suffered.
I have processed a full refund today and you should have by now received email confirmation.
I sincerely hope you will be able to bring your project back on track next week.

Order number : 41631
I bought three boxes of LV flooring from this company for a small room. Apon delivery there was a damaged plank in one box and two damaged in a second box. The boxes were really well packed, so the damage was done before dispatch.
I sent photos to this company to complain , with follow up emails, as I did not get a response. I finally gave up, so I will be purchasing my future flooring elsewhere.

First class service from start to finish. Excellent knowledge, Mike dealt with my order which he went out of his way to ensure was delivered next day. On arrival unfortunately, there was a manufacturing issue on some of the panels. No drama this was dealt with swiftly and professionally and replacements sent next working day. Mike went the extra mile to source some extras that I needed. Would highly recommend Mike, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and delivers on his promises. Definitely 5 stars.

BRILLIANT SERVICE
This Company is not local to me, so took a chance and it has paid off. On delivery there were issues, not with Floorbay but with the courier these issues were rectified promptly by Floorbay. This Company has gone above and beyond on the Customer Service front, especially giving sound advice for fitting and sub floor prep. The Alva LVT was alot cheaper than my local stockists, it has been down 18 months now (delivery Sept 23) and it is still looking great. Thank you Floorbay we will be back to you soon for the extension flooring 🥰

On Thursday I spoke to Matt at Floorbay who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I wanted to find out how quickly I could take delivery of some Karndean flooring which I needed urgently. Most other places were saying one or two weeks. I was able to order the flooring that morning, and my order was delivered two working days later on Monday morning. I was kept informed about progress the whole time. I couldn't be happier. Floorbay's customer service was exemplary. I would happily order from them again and recommend them.

This company is first rate. I phoned to order as we live in the north of Scotland. I needed 13 packs of Quickstep vinyl flooring to match what was already laid but my nearest stockist said it was discontinued. Thanks to Floorbay and excellent Steve, my flooring was confirmed in stock and dispatched last Saturday from Chester and arrived in Caithness today Thursday which is first rate. I thoroughly recommend this company for both service and price.

Brilliant & flexible service
I have engaged with both Mike and Richard over recent months regarding LVT flooring information and order. My situation is unusual in that I await resolution of a now longstanding water ingress issue (outside of my control) before delivery and installation of product can take place.
Floorbay I have to say have been extremely professional, supportive, flexible & understanding regarding my situation - with periodic contact to check on status, the latest being that I ‘currently’ anticipate being in a position to complete in March 2025 - but will formally notify/confirm in due course.
